Excellent stay at The Point Brisbane! The hotel foyer is lovely and very clean, we were checked in quickly as multiple staff were working and everyone was friendly and welcoming. |There is lots of free on-site parking so we were able to park in an undercover secure area. |The Altitude Suite was spacious with two rooms, a lounge and dining area and large bathroom. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the room and the bed was comfortable (I was also very happy to find hotel robes and slippers), also has a large balcony off the dining area with nice views of the river. |Hotel amenities are fantastic! We got down to the buffet breakfast at 9.30am and there was a great selection, all the food hot and fresh. The pool area was great and has lots of loungers to accomodate many guests. The roof top bar is definitely worth a visit, amazing views of the city and great live music! |Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend the Altitude Suite!

Booked to stay here after my work Christmas party.

Staff were excellent.

Room and location were all good. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was functional and tidy.

Parking seems limited at $20 a night and you may get parked in.

Disappointed that the kitchen was closed and is not in fact 24hrs (room service only) with limited options. The bar also closes rather early for a Friday night.

We had also paid for a package that included drinks at the rooftop bar but was informed when we arrived and enquired that there was a function on and we were not allowed up. No further options were provided.

We ended up walking across the Story Bridge to get dinner and drinks.

Breakfast was good. Your typical hotel buffet.

Guess we might try out Lambert's and the rooftop bar another time...

I have stayed here over 50 times in the past.
It has been a long time since I stayed here last and I have notice a lot of small changes based on a new fiscal model. Examples include the removal of a mini bar, removal of bath robe, removal of top tier toiletries, locked up access to laundry at night and worst of all you now have to pay for parking. My room had a great view of the city, although I could still hear the traffic from the main road. Hotel needs to pool the money saved on costs and reinvest it to update the rooms.

Superb location, service room and access. Stayed for work function and used the Nest bar great views from the top floor. Everything explained at checkin, easy access to parking 2.2 height. Rooms nicely appointed soft comfortable bed mini bar and room service all via app. Enjoyed my stay didn't have breakfast at 44 full buffet they room inclusive or a short walk, some great cafe available

We had a one night stay over the weekend and the staff were absolutely lovely. They went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.
The bathroom was awkwardly laid out, with the toilet being next to the main glass door and the shower head was terrible.
Beds were very comfortable and the room had decent amenities.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this delightful Hotel. Lovely comfortable bed and rooms serviced daily , great view, and a great breakfast each morning. Full marks to the outstanding reception staff - Ahmad, Jack and Will, all of whom went out of the way to meet every request. One needs a degree at NASA to get the air-conditioning to the work, but Will and Jack took care of that for me! Ravi and Jo made us welcome each breakfast, and Pauline and Anna remembered how we had our coffee and tea, and made sure we never had to ask for anything, it just magically appeared! Housekeeping was faultless. One thing I would have liked would be hand railings in and out of the pool. "Seniors" find it hard to get out again with no rail! Two lovely female guests had to pitch in and help get my husband out of the pool, else he would still be floating around in there! Thank you Point Hotel Team! We had a wonderful stay.

Incredibly spacious room and with a great view from the 10th floor.
Located minutes from the ferry stop at Docklands which has the free city hopper.
The newly opened Kangaroo Point bridge is brilliant. This is about a 10 -15 minute walk and you are right at the botanic gardens. Centre isn’t too far from here.
I didn’t hire a car and loved the ease of walking everywhere. Everything here is connected by boardwalks and bridges. I spent my early mornings or evenings walking around and taking in the views.
The hotel is pleasant. Decent sized bathrooms. Iron and ironing board in the room. Quiet, couldn’t really hear other rooms which is nice. Blockout curtains.

This is the perfect hotel for our business trip. There is free parking and the breakfast was good! It is also walking distance to some fancy restaurants 10min away. Check in staff was friendly. The normal deluxe room was well renovated and looked quite new or well kept. Overall very happy with my stay.
