I had a Fabulous massage today.
The massage therapist welcome was warm and friendly. (I can’t recall her name, however I expect you will be able to look that up.- I think she told me she has been working there for two years).
Having been a massage therapist & nurse in the past I appreciated the proficiency and professionalism your masseur showed during my appointment. In my opinion & experience, when you have such a staff member, it in your best interests to reward them and do your best to ensure they are happy in your employ.

I was gifted a voucher for the holiday glow facial and it was absolutely amazing. I was so relaxed and pampered, I was in for a very delightful treat as got so much more than expected compared to a previous facial through another company. The room was peaceful with the lighting very dull and relaxing music perfect temperature, I had my feet hot towelled, pure bliss massage throughout the facial. I left feeling very refreshed and spoilt and have rebooked

I went in for my first ever facial at Pure Indulgence because my partner got me a gift card for Christmas and it was incredible. I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed and knowing more about my skin then when I went in! I will be back for sure.

Had a brazilian for the first time in ten years, and 18kgs heavier since last time I had it done. Very professional and comfortable experience, and wasn't made to feel substandard because I'm a bit overweight and don't often make it in for any sort of beauty treatment. Appreciated the kindness and non-judgemental atmosphere as much as the minimum of pain while having all my pubes ripped out
PS. Pa was my therapist. Agree with all the other reviews that she is amazing. So gentle and personable while getting the job done tout suite
