Have been several times for treatment for a frozen shoulder. Highly recommend. The treatment is very helpful and I have made great progress. The staff are professional, experienced and instill confidence. Health funds approved so that is helpful too.

Honestly the best massage therapy establishment in Toowoomba. Highly professional individuals that explain what they are doing and give tips to ease pain and discomfort when at home or work . I visit 1-2 times a month due to chronic shoulder and neck pain and walk out ready to keep pushing on. Daniel and Crystal are especially outstanding however I’ve never had a sub par experience with anyone at keep in touch . A true asset to the community for anyone looking for a holistic approach to their health .

I have been attending this Massage Therapist for 4 years now and this is the first therapist that has successfully relieved my suffering from sciatic pain.
Best service by far making sure you get the therapy you need to relieve whatever pain and ache you may be hindered with.

⛔️⛔️Dont come here unless u wanna leave sorer then you came in and with damage ⛔️⛔️

I received Massive miagrain and frozen shoulder over what was ment to be a back massge.

Got a 30 min back deep tissue and the lady clearly didnt look at the body points chart properly that you first fill out l asked and paid for lower back and she did neck and shoulders l also asked for tiger balm and paid for lt only to ask at the end to have lt applied and have the whole session done through a scratchy towel (massaged over a towel )as she didnt do lt properly(usally a massage you have lt done through skin and oils which is what l paid the extra 5 dollars for) l communicated with her after she spent 20 mins on my neck and shoulders and she replyed sorry my english isnt good at 5 mins in l even pointed down my back on where to go and still she did my neck and shoulders l walked out told the reseptionist for them to tell me you can have and pay for another 15 mins lf you want l just said no thanks and walked out lve had mannny massages before and this was the worst and exspensive l have ever paid never again not to mention the form u fill out has every personal detail (scam/frud) you can think of including the respetionist leaning over when you sign lt like they wanna steal all personal details

My shoulder is all frozen up now and my lower back is still sore she never even touched where l was sore even after multiple times saying this part is sore and wheres the oils she did everything through a rough towel making friction burns everywhere forgot the oils didnt speak english and what else more could go wrong wasted $60 to walk out with a shoulder all frozen up instead of a massaged back l paid for

Word of advice go upstairs to massge phisology at least they follow the pain and points charts and use skin to oil massage when you pay. Wasted 60 bucks to have to spend another $300 on acupuncher else where to fix the issuse these guys created ?
Gave lt 2 stars as she was ok in pressuse and somewhat on pressure points

Had a 60min pregnancy massage with Crystal today and it was absolutely amazing! She always checked in to make sure I was still comfortable, managed to address all concerns I had and released every tight spot. Will be back next week for sure ?
