Warwick is amazing at his massage. I have been having massages for many years but recently saw him for knee pain and after my massage the difference in pain relief and movement was incredible. He is friendly, professional and makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend him for your next massage.

I have been going to Warwick for massages for several years now. He is exceptional at what he does. He knows how to loosen the knots from weight training and the lomi lomi massage is super relaxing. I also had Matt give me a hair cut and beard cut. His attention to detail is excellent and I am very happy with the results. Core Benifits is an excellent small family run business looking at men taking care of themselves. Highly Recommend.

Ashley does an awesome job of both my son's haircuts, but we have also had great experiences with the other stylists here. We really like that you can book an appointment time which avoids waiting around. She listens, she's efficient and consistently great with the styling. Highly recommend!
