First night we discovered no shower gel in the dispenser and the split system did not work which was appalling given it was Winter in Toowoomba. Second night - no change - room not serviced and now out of toilet paper - 3 women in a room and 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4 night booking - morning of the third day, I managed to catch the manager before we left for the day - I was abused and berated by this individual with a condescending, chauvinistic attitude - he claimed we had not mentioned that we wanted the room serviced and that it was standard practice in the industry not to service rooms except on departure - if that is the case, why was there no soap on arrival ? - we stayed at 6 different motels including Rockhampton, Longreach, Winton and Charleville on our 2 week holiday and this motel, in particular the male manager, was clearly the most distressing experience of the entire trip. I will be lodging a complaint about this abhorrent individual with ALL industry bodies.

Really nice motel. Comfy room, very quiet. Nice and close to everything. Bit tricky to find the entrance, but then I'm no city driver. The bus stop out the front helped me.
Room was clean. Staff were friendly. TV is just free to air, if that's an issue for anyone.
Shower was super hot.
Plenty of car parks.

Excellent. My children and I stayed here for a few weeks and everything was great. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. There was a microwave and utensils were provided in the room. We also had a nice seating/table area in the room and right outside the room. We made good use of the available facilities including the laundry room, the pool, the table tennis and the dart board! The staff was friendly and the owner is very nice and understanding. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

After my partner went to check in after I rang ahead to make sure all was well for her she calls me 30mins later to tell me a deposit was needed on top of the $200 per night room charge.
I explained I spoke to u just not 30mins ago and u told me it was OK for her to check-in. Anyway so paid the deposit and I arrive shortly thereafter to a $200 per night room that was anything but....the place is old, old PowerPoint's with flakey switched and very few of them, TV from the late 90's or maybe 2000s but no smart capability and small. Everything ,including the building hasn't been touched since the 70s at a glance.
Maybe the pool would refresh us and give us a new look at the place. Nope! The tiles on the bottom were quite slimey for lack of chlorine and the massive dog over the back fence barking didn't make it as soothing as it could of been.
It's now been 2 weeks, still haven't received the $100 deposit back despite the staff inspecting the room every morning room see if we had stolen curtains or bedding perhaps, maybe the thimble sized drinking glasses in the fridge. Even if we had taken all that wasn't bolted down including the TVs I doubt we could of even got close to $100.
Definitely one ro avoid at that price as the beautiful Platinum International at $50 a night less is so much more .You've been warned people.

I arrived late at night there was no one hassling me to get out by ten. Instead I got lovely smiles and did you sleep well. Room was comfy, the shower was heaven. Over all a pleasant stay.

I had 0 expectation with this hotel but the bed was very comfortable, the pillows no so much, but was ok. I recommended for short trips.

It could not have been a better accommodation for us for our overnight stay with our dog. Super friendly and gracious host (thank you so much Tanya for your wonderful hospitality), spacious and very clean room, lovely private pool, great price and location. The pet friendly room (Room 3) is large, very well appointed, bright with a lovely decor. It is not carpeted, which is great as even with a well toilet trained dog, there is always the chance of a little bit of travel sickness (thankfully there was not!) and so this provides peace of mind. We'll definitely return if we stay again in Toowoomba.

After a trying time in our lives to walk into the room it was very well set out and a surprise when I noticed it had a spa. The office was great and the artwork in the room was lovely. There is a modern television and modern appliances. Definitely love it here!!!!
