Every time my partner and I step into Kalm Springs we are welcomed with open arms and a huge smile from the owner Sarah. The beautiful space, her calming presence, the whole experience makes every occasion as good as the last and keeps us going back. It's our Friday self care ritual and there's no where we'd rather go to unwind after our work week. Highly recommend, it's absolutely amazing! Do yourselves a favour ?

A superb experience! Arrived stressed and tense. I had booked the G&T service. Sarah was great in providing a wonderful experience, and since I was new to it all, was very patient plus a lovely person. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and like a new person. Definitely coming back in the future!

The very first thing that you notice when walking into Kalm Springs is how gorgeous the space looks. It's so calming and inviting that you can't help but exhale the stress away as soon as you arrive. I absolutely enjoyed my 45 minute infrared sauna in complete peace - it was such a treat as was the coconut water afterwards? The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I'm really looking forward to my next visit!

I had my first session at Kalm Springs Toowoomba and left feeling like I’d just had a weekend at the beach. My skin looks and feels amazing since the LED therapy and I keep getting compliments on it! The sauna left my body feeling so refreshed after sweating it out and the float to finish was a deeply calming experience. I’ve taken magnesium before to help my sleep, muscle aches and anxiety but the float session was on a whole other level - I felt all the tension in my body and mind drift away as I floated. I had the most incredible quality sleep that night too!!! If you’re feeling tired or run down I cannot recommend a visit to the gorgeous Sarah enough - I wish everyone could experience it.
