Wonderful stay. Very clean. The rooms and bathrooms were gorgeous, all the old antique style furniture were stunning. Had a delicious fresh breakfast with beautiful local fruit arrangements served to us on the deck with castle hill backdrop. The hosts were very kind and accommodating, had lots of interesting information on the history of the house . Great location, very close to town center, walking distance from restaurants and cinema. Absolutely loved it, really fantastic, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is an absolute dream! The two hosts Iva and Russel will be the most attentive, nicest hosts you've ever met! You immediately feel at home and they are always available for a nice chat or great tips for exploring the city or magnetic island. The hotel has its very own charm and is very clean and cosy. Enjoying a delicious breakfast on the terrace rounds off your stay. I have never experienced such lovely hosts with such outstanding service! Eva and Russell are the best hosts, really friendly in all aspects, accommodating ting every need, excellent breakfast, Russell makes a mean poached egg. Beautiful room and beautiful home. Hospitality par excellence! |Russell and Avi really look after guests.|You really feel at home in the large traditional Queenslander. It's as Queensland as it gets.|I've been there , done that with concrete boxes in the sky but Classique Bed and breakfast is a down to earth, true blue Aussie a la Townsville experience. One bonus is the historical church right next door.|Another bonus is Russell's famous omelettes and the incredible brunch which includes a tropical fruit creation work of art. Breakfast ain't in a stuffy room with a crowd. It's far from the madding crowd!|You relax on the back patio away from traffic on classy dining settings that's about as good as it gets!|The spa is great for a refreshing dip before breakfast.|Basically Russell and Avi provide endless coffee so there ain't a single chance if withdrawal systems from the addictive bean.|

We just stayed one night as we were travelling through Townsville, and were very satisfied. It's a lovely traditional Australian house, furnished in period style, but with all modern comforts. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, and gave us a wonderful (and healthy) breakfast in the garden. Highly recommended.
