Our stay at Allure apartments was enjoyable. The front desk staff were lovely and helpful. It was spacious and had a stunning view. The only thing I would mention is the bed dipped in the middle. Apart from that, the unit was perfect.

The apartments are self contained, which have everything that we need. The view is amazing, we loved it. The area is very quiet, and close to everything, we can get to everywhere quickly.

Nice hotel at the not so busy end of The Strand which didn’t bother us much we rented a car from the airport we had a 3 bedroom apartment very spacious large walk in dining lounge to a decent balcony fully serviced kitchen small laundry drier aircon fans in all the rooms 2 bathrooms cafe swimming pool downstairs and the staff everywhere were welcoming and very pleasant recommend this hotel?

Location is great, lots of dinning options DO NOT try get anything from Cafe down stairs as a peace of toast takes 50 minutes to get( not sure if they are associated with venue or not). The bed is lumpy as anything and is not designed or intended for sleeping or even laying down on, felt like I've just done a full 12 rounds with Mike Tyson every morning. Cold shower was a very nice touch to rather bleak week, I do understand plumbers are on holiday but a venue like this should have an emergency back up if things like this happen so guest are not left in the cold, on another note, the shower is so poorly sealed that the water is flowing under the door, maybe provide a mop in the rooms to prevent the water hazard, black mold in the bathroom is intresting extra.
The aircon cover being held on by tape was intresting as was the exposed wires from the ceiling fan.
I found it intresting as we stayed there for a week not once was clean towels offered and that's not even talking about bed linen. Some of the staff were very nice and helpful and some....well I felt that there was no intrest or intent to make the guests stay pleasant.

Room is obviously a bit aged. I had a nice view though on level 4. The auto closing doors are a bit loud when people are going in and out. The bed was spring based. The shower was not a super strong one as it had a small shower head. Otherwise room was pretty sound proof. Reasonable sized desk for your computer i didnt really have a proper place to sit my luggage on. Pillows were pretty comfy. Desk chair was pretty comfy. You have to do a little bit of a yoga stretch to get at the powerpoints behind the desk. And dont forget like I did to slot your door card in when you go inside the rooms so the powerpoints work. Would I stay again maybe. More suited for short term stay.

Arrived after hours, had a text message with instructions. All good for that.
Arrived at room, air conditioning made rattling noise through the night, window was locked, could not open, bathroom exhaust noisy when turning on the light.
No face washers, just hand towel, floor mat and 2 towels.
2 small milks in fridge. Not enough for a longer stay. 2 or more people booked in a room, there should be more milks on fridge.
Location was good, not too far from city centre.
Not the worst place we have stayed, but it does need improvement in areas

This place was falsely advertised as all apartments being stunning views waterfront etc when it was not. Our room looked out to a rooftop of rocks. We were supposed to have a extra rollaway bed in room which was not set-up on arrival. After contacting reception they said they would organise. We went out for the day and on return the extra bed was no where to be seen. As their reception hours are only 9am til 5pm no one answered once again. I received a text message reply asking how they can help. I text back saying we were still without the bed and told they would organise ASAP. We waited but still no bed then received a text stating they would organise for following morning so this person had to sleep on a hard uncomfortable lounge for the night. The next day I still had to follow up where the bed was
Truly disappointing that we encountered this experience. Will never stay there again!

This is the third time I've stayed here and everything about this place is fantastic. However, the office closes at 5 pm and customers have to call for check-in process after this time. Either the office hours should be till 7 pm or the staff should call the customers regarding their arrival time.
