Great apartment in South Townsville close to trendy enclave in McIlwraith Street restaurants and boutiques. Very clean and comfortable with well appointed facilities including laundry, balcony and rooms. Lovely! Highly recommend. Part of Rydges Group.

Stayed in the 2bdrm apartment. Wonderful. Drive to Rydges for check in and walking distance to town center with lots of food options. Would stay again!

Just one street back from Palmer Street , the apartment we 4 adults shared was such great value for money . The bedrooms were roomy and really comfortable beds . Plenty of wardrobe space if you were staying longer . Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus . The kitchen was a good size and the lounge / dining area a great size . Lovely large balcony overlooking some backyards but that wasn't a problem , very quiet and peaceful . You check in at Rydges and walk through their car park to the apartments and use the pass card to open the gates as well as your apartment . There is a lift to the upper floors . Well kept and very clean , I would recommend these apartments . I notice another reviewer mentioned no bedside lamps or table lamps - there were in this apartment . We did not have to pay a key deposit .

I recently stayed two nights in the apartments with my well grown-up son and daughter. Easier with three people to get an apartment as most hotels you have to purchase two rooms.||||The apartment was spacious. There were two good sized bedrooms (one with ensuite) and full-sized bathroom facilities to cater for the other. A fully operable kitchen with all modern appliances was available. A very comfortable lounge, dining area also.||||The apartments were much cheaper than any hotel we looked at in town.

We stayed there as a family of 4 adults. The apartment we were provided with smelt of cigarette smoke. For non smokers like us it was a little unpleasant. We stayed there for 4 nights. Thankfully the smell disappeared after airing the rooms for a day or so. ||||That said, the spacious rooms were kept clean and credits to the cleaning staff. The staff were courteous and obliging. ||||Our package included breakfast and their variety of decent range of foods were delicious. Even the long serving breakfast chef gave us tips on how to make decent poached eggs!||||The best part is its location being easy distance to city centre. Our rooms did not have amazing views just buildings across the street. ||||Overall though it was a good place for short stay.

A few very minor issues drops this off a 5 rating.
Lovely big apartment, very clean and serviced daily. Great central location, on-site parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Had a small muck-up with the account but was fixed promptly when queried.
Outlook for our apartment was back yards and trees but other apartments would have better views.
All in all, happy at the price and service tendered. Would stay again

Loved these . Stayed twice in two different apartment s. Very secure . Private. Balcony s clean. Daily housekeeping keeping if you allow .. fair prices. Convenient to many things. Will stay again
