Ive recently moved back to the area again and this was my regular coffee go to and its still the same. I've never had a bad coffee here, the consistency of great coffees here is exceptional for a coffee chain. Most are hit and miss depending on who makes it. Staff are always friendly and attentive.

Sunday 19th @ approx 1.45pm. Waiting ages for coffees, plus so did customers after me. Staff were busy packing down (no issue with this) the barista was standing there chatting for ages to senior staff member. She could see people waiting. Senior staff member looked ove4 her shoulder and asked if I needed to be served. I said I had been, but been waiting fir some time and it didn't appear that coffees were being made. She just turned her back to me. I wasn't rude, I was just stating a fact. The barista, didn't acknowledge me and proceeded to take her time. When I get back to my car, I realised that one of the two coffees were not was was ordered. Definitely would not return. Not the first time there's been poor service at this GJ location.

Worst toastie ever.
Sign said new improved so thought would give it a go...wrong.
Asked for chicken tariyaki...girl was making freash ones which I asked could they make me one without all the extra sesame seeds sprinkled in middle.
Girl says no...I ask why and she says we make them in batches.
Pointed out she's making them so how hard to make one without
.Waste of time...she pointed out it had sesame seeds on top...I was not planning to eat top.
Called up to collect it and it's been slapped on the plate with no flair.
Filling on plate and had been left too long in the press.
Removed top and had bite.
Tasteless..unappetizing....even some salt made no difference.
Ate half of one halves bottom.
Won't be back.....

I buy coffee here regularly and it’s consistently great. The staff are so friendly, the service is excellent - efficient, but with a smile. They even make a point to say thank you to every single customer when they pick up their order. Little details can make a big difference - I go out of my way to buy coffee here because the service is that good. Thank you!

Baldie the manager hasn’t learnt from 3.2 overall review and continues to be rude to customers despite their team messing up orders that they should be apologetic about. Instead they blame the customer for not checking the screen. Not long before the ratings will see a 2.x if they keep at it.

Nice hot chocolate and good coffee. Very uncomfortable seating. Dirty floors from busy times. Slow to clear tables, even though few tables.

Walk-in and 3 out of 4 staff were talking, looked at us and continued to talk. After a while the manager (I assume) told the only girl there that was doing any work to serve now (in an aggressive tone). We got served by the girl and looked like she had tears in he eyes. The next customer she served ask for a special request and the manager stepped in. After she had finished serving, the manager mocked the young girl and got angry at her for not knowing what to do. I hope the young girl is okay and not too upset. Very disappointing to see staff being treated like that. If an employee doesn’t know what to do maybe the manager should teach/train her instead of mocking her….
