The photos say it all. Will no longer be coming back here. The chicken and avo toastie has about 5 small pieces of chicken on it with bits of avocado skin. Not worth the prices they are charging.

I used to be a regular customer back when Sam & Tracey use to work there, the coffees were always so nice and consistent. This morning when I went through drive thru, I was a bit disappointed when the girl didn’t bother asking if I had a loyalty card nor did she ask me if I wanted to use any of my free coffees, I had to tell her and ask if I had a free ones, felt like all she wanted to do was charge me for my order and get me through, I know it’s drive thru and you have to be quick but you need to do your job properly and I know what I’m talking about as I’ve worked in hospitality previously. Got the coffees back home, I asked for caramel lattes, husbands was half full of froth and mine barely taste like caramel and a little burnt.
Not happy about the service, gone very down hill since the original girls have all left..

Really gone down hill in the past few months. We were weekly regulars, Coffee used to be lovely. Cappuccinos are now half full, lattes are very weak and all milk no flavour or bitter. Gave one more chance couple weeks ago and came away with an upset stomach, both myself and husband. Was also told same by another person, they stopped going due to stomach upsets. Possibly not cleaning and servicing your machines properly. Real shame at how bad they have become. All these reviews have the same theme. Gone downhill. Won't be going back.

I had ordered an iced latte and when handed this drink I had asked if they had put a full shot of coffee in this because it looked like mainly milk. The staff member took it back and I was then greeted by another worker who was extremely rude. The worker said I have put coffee in this and forced me to take it and refused to put another shot in it for me. I drove off very shocked with the service I received and how rude both staff memebers were. I drove off paying for a cup of milk with a splash of coffee. I will not be returning to this place and I will never recommend anyone else to go there.

Was great about a year ago, but has slowly declined to the point where we will no longer go. The wait times in drive through for a coffee can often be almost 30 minutes because you have to wait for the car in fronts food orders to be made. Excuse is always the same, short staffed. They should stop selling food in drive through, or make it far quicker. Coffee unfortunately has also changed and is now very average.

Note, A Large Cap is just more milk, not automatically a double shot. The staff are friendly, the coffee isn't burnt, the milk is creamy, so it's not bad it's just not great.

Not up to the standards of speciality coffee cafes of Queensland North, Brisbane needs more places that use local roasted blends, there are so many good roasters in Australia, sadly this is not one.

We ordered some coffees and food this morning. We waited over 25 minutes in the drive through for our food and when we got our food we were extremely disappointed. My sausage and egg muffin had a long hair on it and my partners bagel was like eating cardboard. After spending almost $40 for almost inedible food i think it’s safe to say we won’t be coming back.

This place has taken a drastic decline in service and quality. I have been coming regularly over the last few years and it’s disappointing to see, what was a friendly experience and great coffee become a place I won’t return to.

In the past few months they appear to have got rid of awesome, enthusiastic staff, who remembered my name and order, with staff who don’t really want to be there.

In the last few weekends their service has been slow, waiting over 15 minutes, the coffee is average at best, and half full and I cringe when I see the kid with glasses making coffee - I used to put it down to lack of experience but he’s been there a while now and should be no excuses for the state of his coffee service area, with milk spillages on the counter and dirty jugs. ?
