Wendy at reception was really accommodating and was very friendly.
Sadly the rooms didn’t match the positive experience upon check in, the bathroom looked clean but had a horrible smell of dry urine that we simply could not get rid of. It seriously smelled like a men’s urinal but worse. The kitchen sink drain also let off a horrendous smell once water was turned on. The chairs in the room are a greyish colour with stains all through them. We felt a bit catfished by the photos displayed on their website vs the room we got. Very old, it presents clean but the smell made us feel otherwise. I hope the owner can figure this issue out.

Well appointed generous room in very good condition. One of the best at this price point I've experienced. The rail line is close by so you will hear the occasional train but it's not any real impediment to a good night's sleep. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable beds , clean rooms shops are walking distance away. Was perfect for me central to all the destinations I was visiting. Easy to get on the M1 motorway. Bring coins for the guest laundry. A Self-service laundromat is also 3min drivevaway.

I was very happy to stay there while visiting family, will return on next visit. Clean it is, and the bed gets done every day. Towels restocked.
Only thing is that the aircon can not run all day to keep the room cold, if you gone most day and return the room is overheated and it takes a while to cool down.

The room was basic for the cost of $165. Upon entering the room there was a very definite smell, almost like an underground sewer smell coming in through the bathroom drainage pipes. Motel was convenient to train station and eating options. The room has a very large glass door with a curtain, however the outside lights shone all night and was quite annoying.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious bedroom and shower room. Clean. Central location. Covered car park. Friendly and helpful staff. Caboolture is worth a visit in its own right with things to see and do in the town and within an hour drive

Booked through wotif on our travels back south in our campervan during a heatwave on the sunny coast to have a break. our van fit nicely under the awnings, right in front of our room which was great when a thunderstom rolled though, aircon and bathroom where just what we needed, comfy clean rooms. all the usual basic things you would expect for a 3 star motel where just fine. Great location close to the M1, but quiet.

Just a review based on experience without actually staying. Shout out to Wendy who was super sound when we had to do some last minute changes due to a transport hiccup. I really appreciated her kind attitude and understanding of our situation πŸ™‚
