We stayed at Andrea’s Arequipa B & B for one night in August. The drive up was very scenic with windy, narrow roads and hillside views. We were greeted by the very friendly Andrea, who showed us to our room and left us to explore the property. Andrea had a lot of suggestions for dinner, and made sure we were comfortable. ||||The room is very well equipped with a spacious bathroom, LARGE bed, heater, magazines, tv and a selection of DVDs. We woke up to a beautiful breakfast of toast and spreads, tea and juice, and full continental with bacon, mushrooms and eggs! Andrea was heading into Brisbane but told us we could stay as long as we wanted. ||||Arequipa is a beautiful little getaway, only 60 minutes from Brisbane. We felt right at home, and enjoyed every minute of our country stay. Thank you Andrea for being a wonderful host!

This was my third stay at Arequipa in the past year, & it really is time I share the secret... The place is just perfect! The helpful advice from Andrea pre-stay was surpassed only by the warm and friendly welcome we received upon arrival, and once there you'll see just what Arequipa has to offer. The location is both peaceful & beautiful, and the amenities are excellent. From the swimming pool, to the kids playground (including cubby-house), to the fantastic alfresco area with large dining table and great sun-lounge - it's all so easy & relaxing. The rooms are very nicely done, and the kitchenette in the bunk room was super-handy. A short drive to Maleny & Montville, it's the perfect base for a relaxing weekend. Special mention again to the hosts Andrea & Vince, who were so friendly, helpful & understanding during our stay - and who cooked up some fantastic breakfasts for us, including special treats for our 18-month old. Whether you're looking for a romantic w/e getaway, or somewhere to base the family whilst exploring the local area, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. We'll certainly be back!

We found Arequipa near Peachester was the perfect weekend getaway . . . & so close to Brisbane.||The room so clean, spacious and impeccably decorated. ||Huge en-suite. Beautiful rural views from our room.||We were served a delicious hearty cooked breakfast with local ingredients & great coffee. The courtyard was just lovely for a drink with our friends after dinner.||Our hosts Andrea & Vince, thought of everything . . . such an eye for detail - and their recommendations for nearby restaurants and scenic 4WD tracks were spot on.||||Thank you Andrea & Vince!

We recently stayed at Arequipa for the weekend. We found the location and setting to be beautiful, rolling hills, trees and cattle, a stunning pool and gorgeous room. The bedding was superbly comfortable and luxurious. The hosts Andrea and Vince were welcoming, very friendly and so helpful with local knowledge to create an amazing weekend for us. An absolutely beautiful place to stay for a weekend get away, highly recommended.

There are so many things I loved about my 1 night stay at Arequipa B&B. Set amongst stunning and tranquil scenery this spacious, clean, modern and extremely comfortable mini apartment was an absolute haven. ||||The comfort of the king sized bed didn't disappoint, the towels and linens were fresh, crisp and clean. Even the pillows were pure perfection for me. There were so many added touches like having fresh rainwater, fruits and a chocolate upon arrival which made Arequipa B&B a luxurious home away from home. ||||The hosts Andrea and Vince were extremely welcoming, friendly and always had a smile on their face. They both went above and beyond in terms of service - dropping me off at the nearby wedding I was attending, providing advice on local places to visit, offerings of locally grown produce to take home plus a variety of tasty breakfasts options available including having an array of fresh fruits and local preserves waiting for me as a first course. I'm not the slightest bit automobile minded so Vince even took the time to mention my front tyres were bald and in need of replacing. To top it off he also gave me cost saving solutions to speak to the mechanic about when I got home. ||||It was a combination of all of the above which made my stay a truly relaxing and memorable one. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Arequipa B&B to anyone. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. ||||Thank you Andrea and Vince for going above and beyond- it was greatly appreciated. (Apologies for not taking pictures of the room before I made it untidy!)

Beautiful residence tucked away in the hinterland. Makes you feel like you are in South America with the design of the villa.spotless residence with a great pool very helpful and warm hosts (Vincent and Andrea) . Highly recommended for a romantic getaway, although animals,cubby house and a field for the kids to run around in if u need. Close to landsborough and Australia zoo .

A beautiful gem tucked in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Only a short drive from Brisbane and it feels like you are a world away from city stress. The owners are lovely, the rooms are spacious and well appointed and the breakfast is to die for!
