There are too many wonderful things about the host Annie and Timber Gym to fit into a review. If you are looking for a getaway to reconnect with yourself or a partner; if you want a holiday where you can take your beloved dog; if you just want to unplug and unwind with fantastic hinterland scenery and fresh, clear air… this place is the best. Have stayed three times so far and loved it every time. Cook your own food in the well equipped kitchen or use Annie’s expert local knowledge to be guided to the best nearby options. Great location, great accomodation, and a kind and generous host.

Timber Gym is the best place to stay and get away with your dog. Annie is such a wonderful host, who has created the most beautiful space for her guests. The property is easy to access and close to Montville. The accommodation is beautifully designed and comfortable. We’ve stayed twice and will be back again !

What a beautiful place to relax and reboot whilst enduring long Covid. Strolling around the beautiful grounds (at a snails pace!) Annie has created the most relaxing environment for humans and doggies. The best part was being able to take our two fur babies who clearly enjoyed their stay also. This was the first of many more stays we plan to take at Franks Place You won’t regret it

Annie’s welcome is the friendliest & warmest and made us and our little dog feel at home immediately ?
Frank’s Place is beautiful… warm and inviting, plus everything you could need for a great break away …. Kitchen fully kitted out and the linen and towels of highest luxurious quality. Frank’s Place is in the perfect spot with amazing hinterland views…… couldn’t ask for better …. Frank’s Place is awesome ?

This is by far one of the best AirBNB's I have ever stayed in. The space has such a cool vibe to it, like you are floating in space separated from the rest of the world.

Love that it had a slack line and gym equipment, other than getting food we had no reason to leave the place for 4 days! It had everything.

Annie was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. This is one of the few AirBNBs that I know my partner and I will be back to explore again.

Tranquility, relaxation, peacefulness, comfort and just pure bliss! There are not enough words to describe this beautiful getaway and our lovely host….Annie ? Our stay at Frank’s House exceeded all our expectations! The moment you walk through the doors you are met with the warmth and comfort of the funky and quirky decor. Everything has been thought of to make your stay memorable. There is even an outside timber gym!! Your fur babies are welcomed and the cows love them too! 5-10 mins drive to the beautiful cafes, shops, restaurants, walking tracks and waterfalls! 30 mins drive and you are on the stunning beaches of the Sunshine Coast. If you wish to do nothing but chill, relax and soak up nature….you have found the right place to rest and restore your soul. Every thing has been thought of by your amazing host Annie….you will want for nothing. ? Annie is so much more than a ‘Super Host’….we came as strangers and left as friends ? We will definitely be back….Frankyou Annie

What a great little escape to the country! Annie is the hostess with the mostest! If some peace and quiet is what you’re after, as well as some great conversation with Annie around the fire, this place is for you. Cabins are clean as a whistle and what a bonus you can take you’re dog along too. Cannot recommend enough ?

I honestly can not recommend this hidden treasure enough! The host Annie, was such a delight. She made us feel so welcome and loved to cuddle our furbaby Hulk! She advised us of the best (pet friendly) places to eat and the best places to visit within the area. The timber facilities are amazing. Incredibly clean, cozy, chilled and secluded. The waterfall shower in the morning feels like you in he depth of the rainforest. The kitchen has everything you my need for home cooking. This is without a doubt, the best hidden gem of the sunshine coast. Can't wait to return with friends. Thank you Annie. We had an amazing few days. Marie, Damien and Hulk! xxx
