This property is in a nice quiet location. There is limited parking available onsite but street parking is available. The room had not been cleaned to a standard I would expect for paid accommodation and smelled like dog. The owner was contacted about this and the room was freshened up. The common areas were stuffy and hot. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Thanks Lynne. My Sister and I had an Amazing stay. Very clean, Quiet, easy access to parking and entry. We stayed for 6 nights. Included continental breakfast. We enjoyed the company of the owner many times. Friendly and Inviting.

This is like being a guest in a private house. Lynne, the hostess, is friendly and helpful. Such thoughtful little touches such as a complimentary Continental breakfast, scales to weigh your luggage, lounge area with magazines, books and games, make all the difference. There is a pool, which I didn't have time to try. The bed was super comfortable! Cooked breakfast, for a very reasonable cost, was delicious! My only niggle was that the shampoo and bath gel dispensers in the shower were both empty, and I had to wash my hair with bath soap, but that is hardly the end of the world!

We liked everything about our stay. Lynne (the owner) was very hospitable and provided a fantastic service. The continental breakfast in the morning was great (hot breakfast available on request) and very satisfying. The room was clean, tidy and a suitable size for us. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great.

This place was beautiful, quiet, well maintained and homely. The owner was a lovely lady to chat too as well, very friendly and kind. Breakfast was good too. A decent variety of options. It’s safe, easy to come and go through the self serve access codes and really close to shops and restaurants too. If you’d like a home away from home vibe, it’s definitely perfect for it.

this place completely suited our needs as a venue for 70th birthday party Lynne the host was very helpful -all rooms were clean and comfortable it is situated close to all that Redcliffe has to offer Restuarants beach front, walking on esplanade and Sunday markets was a treat would stay again
