Today we visited your amazing complex to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Four of us. Were we impressed? Oh yes indeed. The greeting, the table setting, the food, and the service was outstanding. Our table waitress deserves special thanks as she attended to our needs in every possible way down to the complimentary dessert as a birthday treat. Special thanks to the chef's, the bar staff and all who make the business possible. You deserve a medal. We will recommend to all who seek a place to dine. Oh and the grounds were stunning. We loved this experience. Thankyou for our wonderful day.

The food was excellent, and the customer service at both the restaurant and reception was five stars.

However, the cleaning of the room was incomplete. The bin in the toilet was still full from previous guests, and there were many dead insects on the bathroom spa light.

I had a one-hour pregnancy massage, but it was very disappointing. The pressure was far too light, even after I mentioned it, and nothing changed. I felt nothing except cream being spread on my body with movements that were too fast to feel relaxing. A lot of time was spent adjusting the bed height, but even then, the bed was too high for a pregnant woman to climb onto comfortably at the beginning of the massage. It seemed like the masseuse lacked experience or knowledge about muscle and bone structure, as the technique felt more suitable for facial treatments. It was difficult to endure the full hour, and I almost asked to stop. Even if this experience had cost $70, I would not have been satisfied, but $220 for this was extremely disappointing. Although the masseuse was nice, she definitely needs more training or experience to justify charging this price.

On a positive note, the spa room and the scent of the cream were pleasant.

I will only return for the restaurant.

My wife and i recently had our first wedding anniversary at Spicers Clovelly Estate, and we had such an amazing time. It was extremely relaxing, the rooms were fantastic, extremely comfortable with a very cozy vibe. It did rain heavily throughout the weekend while we were there, and to be honest we think it made the place even more beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful, which made the stay even better. I could not highly recommend the restaurant enough, food and wine were amazing and made it hard to leave. All round an amazing weekend away, and look forward to going back.

I wanted to treat my wife to a couples massage here for Christmas. We weren’t disappointed. It was lovely. Quiet, great massages. We had the relaxing 90 minute one. They even went overtime by 10 minutes. The staff were great! After that, we had lunch in their restaurant, dining out on the grass. What a lovely experience and a fantastic menu. The food was the best quality and tasted terrific! We will certainly be back.

Afternoon sunset drinks by the lake, a lovely evening dinner, wedding day breakfast, a delightful in-room lunch, followed by an unforgettable reception dinner with dancing, and recovery breakfast the next morning rounding out the most magical weekend of our lives. ||We booked out the venue and all our rooms were comfortable, luxurious, and homely with lots of quiet comfortable nooks, and chic French-inspired decor.||The food throughout the entire experience was exceptional, with absolute flawless catering to all our guests’ dietary needs. Those with vegetarian and vegan requirements were especially impressed with their bespoke dishes which were incredibly delicious! ||Spicers Clovelly made our wedding everything we had only dreamed about, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their expertise and dedication in making it possible. ||The whole team offers the quintessential Spicers experience of tranquil, thoughtful & understated luxury, and we can't wait to come back to celebrate our anniversary! Last Saturday 26/10 my family held a luncheon in honour of my 80th birthday. What a wonderful venue. What glorious food. What an excellent cellar. A great thank you to the ever attentive staff and impeccable service. It was the most memorable day. Thank you all so much.

I rarely write a Google review - usually only when something was really good or really bad. I can safely say Spicers Clovelly Estate was really good!

Cyrus and the rest of the team were wonderful over our two night stay. The room was lovely and the estate is very soothing. Everything has an intimate but private feel about it.

Can't wait to come back!

Ps. Don't skip the lake house.

Husband took me away for a weekend (2 night stay) at the very relaxing Spicers Clovelly Estate. |The Atmosphere along with the wine and all the staff were amazing and definitely a memorable experience. We enjoyed the fire pit with a serving of petite fours instead of a birthday cake.
