Absolutely loved our quick stay! The staff were very friendly; the cabins were very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and slides. It is very well-priced, and I would definitely recommend it to families going on holiday.

Fabulous stay at Big 4 Ingenia Holidays Townsville. Our room was roomy, clean and freezing cold on arrival (a lovely touch considering how hot it was outside). The water slides and pools were fantastic, lots of great facilities. Great location, will definitely be back and highly recommend to travelers especially those with kids. Great value for money.

Very happy with our stay! The staff were fantastic right from the get go, the rooms were lovely and clean. We stayed in a 2bdr villa and was one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in. Lots of kids activities and awesome pools and slides! Pools were a bit dirty but with the sheer amount of kids going in and out I’m not surprised.
The kids were very upset when we had to leave. I think that’s a good indication that they loved their stay too.

Kids loved the waterpark, drop slide, pool, hire bikes and jumping pillow. Basketball court was good just a little high for my little one.
Accomodation was very nice had everything we needed, just the fresh paint smell when we arrived was a bit overwhelming. We put fans on and aired it out and was good the following day.

A nice, quiet park. Roads were not the best, but they put us in a site right across from the smaller pool. The pool wasn’t too good, as it was quite hot, so we went to the other pool with the slides. It was even hotter, but the drop slides were so fun. The other two children slides weren’t the best. The kids kept on getting stuck. Nice barbecue and ensuite. Maybe just add some hand soap in the ensuites!

Hmmmmm, the room was old outdated and very basic. Very expensive for what was offered. However! It seems the park is under construction and the new area looks amazing with brand new cabins splash park and playground. A visit in another 12 months would probably be completely different. The old pool area is lovely and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Grounds were nice and clean. Amenities block was clean, good showers, hot water. Pool was very nice, but the kids slides into the pool need attention, every kid has to push themselves the whole way down the slide.

Van spots where dusty and no grass
I get it if no rain and water restrictions but we had a huge mess to clean up once we left as it was impossible to keep the dirt out of the van and beds, compared to other Ingenia big 4s we’ve stayed at it just felt a bit like the grounds weren’t a priority

Check in was rushed and a little dismissive of some questions about the online check in messages etc in the end I don’t really care but it was definitely a different vibe to everywhere else we’ve stayed at in nth/ tropical nth invenias

The big slides where a huge hit for the kids and they get all three of our stars
Older kids spent the whole time on the bigger slides with a lot of fun had and the staff manning the big slide was lovely and kind!

Met lots of other friendly travellers too!
