Specifically the Victory Bar and Grill only, ordered a medium T Bone at 46 dollars, what turned up on the plate was a pale piece of meat with some grill marks attached. It looked and tasted like it came out of a broiler and barely, if at all, seen a flame. Took it back and asked if this is what they considered a flame grilled steak, management turned up and we asked for a proper flame grilled steak. The chef refused to cook a replacement steak. Took refund and left. If you are a person that wants proper flame grilled steak, this is not the place to go. Even McDonalds can cook meat better than the 'chef' there.

We ate here twice on our last visit to Townsville and this club didn't disappoint.
The food was decent, good portions and good value. Kids eating free on a Monday was a very welcome bonus!
The best kids club I have ever seen. The gaming lounge was excellent with much newer machines than the Central Coast's clubs.

Hello there
My hubby &I & 3 others attended your Melbourne Cup Luncheon.
Whilst the food & service was great, I was very disappointed at the lack of extras during the afternoon. We have been to several of these functions at other venues over the 8 years since moving to Townsville & there have always been lots of little extras…fabulous raffles, lucky seats, complimentary sweep tickets etc. yes, there was the chicken raffle but to my knowledge that was it!
With such a great facility you have the capacity to have made this an amazing function. We have been members since arriving here & I’m sorry to say…this was a disappointment . I won’t be attending next year.?

Kinda crap. Service was decent but food was not. My steak was full of gristle and my wife’s steak (part of a surf and seafood meal) was badly overcooked. Avoid

Poor customer service in the Victory Lounge. Staff member who took our food orders looked unhappy and was not friendly at all. No Hello, no 'thank you' Nothing.
We were a table of 6 adults & 3 children, so spent a significant amount of money on food and drink. Food was mediocre

Ate at the Circa 20 restaurant. Fish and chips was pretty good, salad was nice too. Meals came out quick and was a busy Saturday night. Looking forward to going back and trying more on the menu.
