Went in last week to purchase a $55 cleansing balm... I asked the lady if there was something I could sample and pop onto a sore pimple on my chin and she just said 'no'.
There were 100s of testers around and I was in an ENDOTA which specialises in FACIALS and SKIN CARE. I guess she just had bad service? was rude? not sure what her problem was. I wont be going back to that store

I had the most amazing experience! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. My therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and gave a fantastic massage. I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I can't wait to go back for another treatment.

I booked an organic facial, advertised as a 50 min treatment however the treatment only lasted 30 mins. I was charged a Sunday surcharge without being advised at time of booking on the phone. Left with stinging and watery eyes for 24hrs post as products applied extremely close to my eyes, resulting in some going into my eyes. Scrub particles left around face and neck at the end of the treatment. When I raised some concerns/feedback at checkout I was advised the manager would contact me to discuss and organise a refund for surcharge. I received no follow up contact/call. I have been going here for facials for a number of years but the standard has deteriorated (? change of management/ownership). I would not recommend.

Brilliant service and friendly therapists.Spa is well presented and clean. High quality spa with lots of great treatments, facials and massages. They do Pregnancy & Remedial Massage with HICAPS too. Highly recommended!

Had a pregnancy massage with additionals (eye mask, foot mask and face mask) and can say that it was hands down the best experience I have had regarding a health and beauty centre. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

I’ll definitely be back again, I would say mentally and physically it was exactly what I needed at this point to stay on track. The staff were very lovely and attentive!

I had a remedial massage today with Om and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had! I have had multiple back surgeries so needed her to provide more of a relaxation massage in certain places and remedial in others. Om listened to exactly what I needed and checked in at the right times. Absolutely amazing! Thank you for an amazing experience.

Mary was lovely and well educated on what’s best for my skin. I got the most relaxing facial. My skin feels fantastic! She made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. 10/10. Will be back

My facial wax was an awful experience! Visible patches of hair remained, leaving me to pluck out hairs to try and fix the job. The therapist did a very quick service and would have been better taking the time required. 24 hours later, my slightly red and bumpy skin had turned into a red and angry rash. I have very clear skin and it is not reactive - yet 8 days later I'm still repairing my skin! I suspect the rash is a technique related issue caused by pulling the wax directly upwards and taking skin with it - as some of my face did not have this problem, so its not a sensitivity issue. I emailed the manager and discussed the quality of service (at that time my rash had not become apparent). I requested my money back, which I thought was fair given I did not receive the service I paid for. I was ghosted and never received a reply. Do not recommend.
