this was the first time i have visited Aquarius Spa and i am so glad i did, what a wonderful hidden gem in the city. The facilities are outstanding, my favorite the magnesium pools. The massage and facial that Rob gave me was one of the best i have ever had, he was fantastic!! I will definately be back

We had our facial done here and absolutely loved it! The skin feels so soft and toned! Great facility there as well! I will be keen to explore more - sauna, swimming pool and a gym! All looked clean and taken care of! The stuff was super friendly! Highly recommend!

Calm and peaceful inside, with great hot and cold mineral baths. During the morning on a Weekday I had the place to myself for some of it! Very luxurious. My signature spa ritual was super relaxing, I nearly fell asleep more than once it was so chill and the body exfoliation felt so nice (although I wish they didn't skip abdomen).
Facial was also lovely.

My friend and I visited Aquarius 3 weeks ago hoping to have a relaxing day spa experience. To preface, we have never been ones to complain or leave a negative review just for the sake of it. We arrived and were greeted and shown to the change room. The staff were friendly, however, the facilities felt incredibly unclean and unhygienic. It was muggy and humid as there was no ventilation which added to the feeling of discomfort. There was a stench as well, which we assume is also due to the lack of ventilation. The sauna was the only place that felt remotely clean but still was not the experience we were hoping for. The pools had grime accumulating on the sides and the floors didn’t feel hygienic, even with wearing thongs. My friend’s hand accidentally grazed the filter in the warm pool (I believe the contraption was) and was so uncomfortable as she said it felt furry!! (with what we imagine was hair or mould building up). The sides of the pools seemed to have calcium build up. Overall, we just felt so incredibly unclean and dissatisfied that we could not stay for longer than 20 minutes. We got changed again almost immediately after entering the spa area and spoke to the staff at the front counter and explained our situation to ask for a refund as we were truly unsatisfied with the service. Naturally, we felt awful for causing any disruption but this is the pure honest truth!

Dilapidated and gross. Bathrooms look like they don't get cleaned. Steam room had mould all over the ceiling. The smell of mould was so strong I could taste it. Couldn't photograph all of the health hazards for obvious reasons but here's what I managed. Can't believe I paid $40 for entry. Stay away if you value your health!

Was so lucky to grab a last minute appointment for a massage with Zoe. Honestly by far the best massage I’ve ever had and very reasonably priced. Zoe was incredible, I left relaxed and feeling so much better. The 2 gentlemen at the reception were helpful and lovely. Just an all round great place to go. I’ll be back for sure!

A fantastic day spa with a serene air of tranquility about it. Staff were welcoming and informative. I wasn't made to feel rushed, and could have stayed relaxing, swimming, resting and/or using the very well equipped gym, for the whole day if i wished. I was even able to leave for a while then come back and resume my experience. The whole facility was spotlessly clean, including pools, showers, steam room and common areas. Lockers are provided free of charge, as well as thoughtfully placed fruity waters and herbal teas on offer. The heated magnesium pool was blissfully warm, followed by the cool plunge pool. I was able to complete a round of laps in the 22m lap pool then head to the sauna. And if you forget your swimmers, they have $20 bathers for sale that quite adequately do the job! It's a perfect retreat for a day where you may be in Brisbane city waiting for late flights, or for a girls' pamper session. Can also team the day spa with a fabulous massage (which I did). For this they also provided the use of a robe, slippers and towel. It felt so secluded but for a very reasonable price. Would make a fabulous gift and Belinda beautifully gift boxed a voucher for me. Will make a point of including this in any trips to Brisbane from now on.

Highly recommended, so relaxing and great staff that are very hospitable and attentive. Was greeted by Farael and couple of lovely ladies who were a delightful and amazing. Facilities are very clean and love the array of drink choices lol ?
