Stephanie’s Signature Spa treatment….. Clear Mountain…..what a wonderful way to start the weekend! Such attention to all the small details…. Choice of fruit teas before your treatment, a calm lounge to wait to be collected, tranquil music to listen to while you fall asleep with the amazing facial! So much much more to describe…. Go and try it for yourself! You’ll love it!

Personally I think the spa has gone down hill a fair bit. It used to be a lot nicer and nicer staff. The floors were really dirty and needed a good vacuum, the table in the relaxation room needs a good dust, the walls were dirty. When paying $900 for a 3 hour package you expect a lot more and it was disappointing. I've been to the clear mountain Stephanie's spa a fair few times through our the years and it used to be my fav but now I think we both prefer the noosa Stephanie's day spa a lot better. It's cleaner, nicer and the staff are amazing. Won't be going back to clear mountain again.

We were on a Rejuvenation Package with the hotel, which included a couples 60 minute spa massage treatment. The spa is what keeps the hotel afloat in my opinion. We were welcomed into a peaceful an relaxing waiting room with herbal teas on offer. The changing room was well organised with complimentary robes and slippers to use while at the spa. We then went upstairs for our couples spa, which was very good. I was given a choice of which oils to be used and upsold hot stones which was great. To top it off, we were given a sorbet and complimentary bubbles when the found out it was our anniversary. Special thanks to the three ladies there at the time, they were very well trained in customer service. I would recommend this place for a special occasion.

What a great experience. This was not just a massage - but a whole relaxing experience. From the warm robes, to the ambient lighting, the relaxing music, foot baths and finally your choice of wonderful oils - it's all amazing. Katie was amazing - discreet communication when required, so as not to pull me out from my far-away mindset. I didn't wish to be pummelled today. I just wanted a relaxing massage where I could turn off from the world, and Katie allowed me to do just that. A blissful tea to wind down afterward - and picking up the kids from the in-laws was furtherest from my mind.
Thanks team - will definitely return for another escape.

From the minute you walk in your senses are heightened. Calming music, nice aromas. Our hour long massage was very enjoyable. Amazing views from all the many windows.

Took my friend here for her bday gift and we had the steam experience for 2. Was absolutely lovely. The ladies in the spa were lovely and accommodating. We had lovely scrubs and masks for our bodies and the steam
Experience left us feeing very relaxed. Overall lovely experience and I would go back there. A little hidden gem for people who want to get out of the city but not have to go too far.

I had a 90 min body exfoliation and massage treatment and my therapist was Chrissy. It was a wonderful sensory experience of each of the senses. The background music created a calming ambiance; then the blend of essential oils in the air helped relax my mind not too mention the scent of the sugar scrub and massage oil/lotion was truly unique and not overpowering. The massage pressure was just right for the tightness in my back, neck and shoulders. Then to complete the experience, a red apple tea!
This was not just a spa treatment, it was a dose of goodness for my health and well being! My skin feels amazing and the tightness in my shoulder improved.
I purchased the scrub and lotion because i was so drawn to the scent!
I am booking another treatment in a couple of weeks time with Chrissy.
Treat yourself- your wellbeing will thank you for it!
