First time here in many years. It’s mid afternoon on a Monday so pretty quiet. Clean and functional change rooms and lockers. Lovely chill out spaces. Multiple vitamin C showers and compact Japanese style bathing area. Large, clean, spacious cold and hot magnesium pools plus dry sauna. $25 for all day use. Tea and coffee provided. Parking is limited in this area unless you want to pay for the parking garage. I would suggest using PT as the spa is very close to the Mater Hill bus station. Highly recommend Evergreen Spa. I will be back

This is a small and cosy spa bathhouse in the hustle and bustle of south Brisbane. I think the staff are kind and helpful, and they have deals that are great value. The massage I had was thorough and nice. I would recommend the staff ask the customer what pressure they would like prior to starting though (soft, medium, hard). The spa and shower area was relaxing. The other amenities area was ok, the furniture was comfy, however the coffee machine doesn’t have a working hot chocolate or milk function, and the area could use a bit more tidying and cleaning. Overall, a decent place to go for a bit of relaxing.

The shower/sauna/spa area is nice enough and definitely had a relaxing atmosphere. However, the rest of the experience is probably below the standard I would have expected. The locker/relaxation area isn't kept super clean, with dirt, hair and hair ties on the floor, in lockers and in the sink. We were told to bring towels and our bath products, but not a bathrobe - which would have been handy given there are no specific instructions on what attire is required outside of the spa area: are you required to sit on a towel on the chairs, or can you sit on it whilst nude and the chair unprotected?

Lastly, the staff members I dealt with were really not great. Poor customer service, confusing, bordering on rude. I was treated like an idiot or difficult, while the staff member tried to up-sell another client on a massage while in the middle of getting us checked in. If you can deal with all that, it's a nice enough place to relax.

The massage was so bad. We came in and they rushed us to start. My masseuse had a bad vibe from the beginning and rushed the entire massage. She told me to get changed and left the curtain open then asked if I was ready 2 seconds later. I told her a nice relaxation massage in the beginning and she gave me a man handling and physiotherapy experience. It was either her rubbing my back or a rough “massage”. I told her to do it more gentle and slower she said okay and continued at her own rushed pace. I asked politely if she could focus on my back while laying down and she argued with me to turn around so she can do the front when I mainly wanted back. Very disappointed and a really bad experience. The spa was nice, they did forgot to give a towel but it was better than the massage

I had the best time at Evergreen Spa in Woolloongabba! The place is super relaxing, and the facilities are awesome. I loved the magnesium pools and the Vitamin C shower – so refreshing! The staff were all really nice and made sure everything was perfect. I left feeling totally chilled out. If you’re looking for a great spot to unwind in Brisbane, definitely check out Evergreen Spa!

Great place to go to wind down for the week. I found the place clean. There’s a hot bath and a cold bath where the temps were good. sauna temperature was also nice and hot. I went in the morning which was good as there wasn’t a lot of people.

I called, trying to buy a gift card for a friend who's stressed and could use some relaxation services.

The online option only had options for 50/100/200/500/1000 options.

I took a look and a bodyscrub and 2 hour massage comes to around 250, so I wanted to ask if custom amounts could be done.

After trying to explain 3 times to the receptionists who kept telling me that the spa services are for women only, I asked to speak with a manager, whom I hoped could help me with my query. I was told that no one else is available as they were working by themselves.

Having a front desk staff whom will refuse to even listen to a man's queries and concerns, and solely waiting her turn to refuse me services is absolutely infuriating. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I think the 1 star for this establishment is justified.

I'll spend my money elsewhere
