I had an amazing relaxation experience at this outdoor sauna. The heat was exactly as it should be—intense and deeply warming, making for a truly authentic sauna session. The cold plunge afterward was an incredible contrast, giving an exhilarating physical sensation that left me feeling completely refreshed.

The setting in nature adds to the experience, with beautiful trees surrounding the area, making it easy to connect with the outdoors straight after the sauna. It’s the perfect place to unwind, reset, and enjoy the benefits of heat and cold therapy. The booking process was smooth and the host was nice, making sure everything was just right. Highly recommend!

It’s great to see an experience like this now available in Brisbane. The location is great and the bush setting adds to the relaxation. The beautifully built sauna was nice and hot and the cold plunge was at the perfect temperature. Galina was a very friendly and helpful host. Looking forward to returning soon.

Sauna Cult is a fantastic spot for a sauna experience! The sauna is hot and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding. Afterward, there’s an outdoor shower and a cold plunge to cool down, with a cosy space to sit and relax. The owner is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better.

Had the most relaxing time, conveniently located next to the Brookfield Tennis Centre. Was well thought out with water and paper cups to take into the sauna, a shower next to the cold plunge, and chairs with umbrella shades to relax and unwind between them. Lovely owner who reminded us to stay hydrated and offered us to stay past our session time until the next customers came.

If you’re seeking a sauna experience like no other in Brisbane, Sauna Cult is the place to be! Located in a beautiful, green setting in the western suburbs, it’s a peaceful retreat from the city. With a big window to enjoy the greenery, it’s a serene escape.

The sauna is hot, hotter than any gym sauna you’ll find. Unlike crowded gym saunas where you barely sweat and are surrounded by people posing in mirrors, Sauna Cult offers a real, authentic experience. The wood-fire egg stove is a standout feature, not only for its incredible heat but also for its stunning design.
Traditional sauna is my preference to an infer red ones.

Between sessions, the friendly staff add a special touch with their warm hospitality and fascinating stories, making the whole experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.

For contrast therapy, the cold plunge is a great addition. While the water is kept at 10°C—perfect for beginners to cold plunging—I personally prefer something a bit colder. Still, it’s a great way to end the sauna session.

The price is great for the value you get, and the overall vibe of the place makes it worth every cent. I highly recommend Sauna Cult to anyone looking for a superior sauna experience!

Great feelings after really hot sauna to a really cold plunge (can imagine it takes a ton of effort to keep the plunge cold while it’s +30 outside). Friendly hosts and beautiful view make this place prefect to recharge your batteries after the long week (or before!)
