Loved the displays. It was lovely to see what was available and in our price range.

The staff were so nice at Bridgeman Downs. They seemed really happy to be at work and they seemed to get along so well.

I’m having a bad experience with my neighbor who is currently building their new home with Plantation Homes. One of the Plantation Homes contractor bent/pushed our brand new fence from their side. We noted straight away then reported the owner with photo who reported to the site manager back in early Nov/2021.
We spoke to the site manager face to face when he visited the site at end of November 2021, he requested us to supply some more photos that we did it straight away.
There’s no response from him or his boss.
I sent an enquiry about my concern through Plantation Homes website a few weeks ago, again no response at all.
It seems they are not keen to fix problem.
Wondering they would make a response this time…..

Plantation Homes replied on this review as attached photo2 a month ago.
We haven’t heard from them yet.

We got already a year since we moved in this new home that was built by someone else. Neighbor still waiting for their dream home to be completed.
Plantation Homes must be very busy to reply us as their customer’s homes got ultra slow progress.

Houses are looking good and was keen on going with them ,but we were received by a very cold receptionist and wasn't at all keen on giving info about the types of houses or what would fit our land size,just handed a big fat brochure and asked us to have a look at it.Very helpful indeed. This was at the Bridgeman Downs display homes . Very disappointing hospitality even when we said we had a land we just bought.
