The massage was good but there was an Aussie staff member lady outside the massage room who talked loudly to a customer throughout my 1 hour massage. She spoke over the relaxation music and I could not relax at all and could hear every detail (discussing rides at a theme park etc). I told the massage lady but due to the English language barrier, she didn't quite understand what I was saying, but politely smiled. The whole purpose of me going there was to relax, silence my mind and surroundings after a hectic week.

Highly recommend Lin. She is so lovely and friendly. She provided excellent service and experience of high quality. Attention to detail. My facial and microdermabrasion + LED felt so soft and nourished and I left feeling pampered and very relaxed.
I would highly recommend Embellish Day Spa & Skin Clinic.

Not recommended at all. The actual massage service was good! English language barrier was difficult, so my leg injury wasn't cared for. Worst part of the experience was the business manager demanded i pay $5 extra because the new price on their brochure was $105 and I had a $100 gift card. She acknowledged the website showed $95 and is 2 years old but would not honor the previously advertised price or comit to updating the website - not a good way to run a business and poor expectation management.

Excellent remedial massage with Anna, my first one that was also relaxing - perfect for easing tension and pain. The whole team are lovely and always helpful. Highly recommend.

I asked for a full set of acrylics. Firstly she was not able to provide me with what I wanted which was okay. However, she absolutely ruined my cuticles. She cut me multiple times!! Knowing she had cut me yet did not apologise/address the situation. Blood was all over the towel, nail files and buffers. Absolutely appalling and extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Disgusting Hygiene in a “professional salon”. She dropped the nail glue and tool that she was using on the ground picked it up and proceeded to continue to use it on my nails. I’m sorry but where are the hygiene standards?!! She continues to constantly file/buff over the cuts on my nails and spray alcohol on top of them repeatedly. This caused me so much pain I was in tears at the end of it. She saw I was clearly upset, she knew what she had done yet never apologised nor addressed the situation that was very much clearly in front of her. She didn’t even finish my nails off properly I walked out with three nails without a top coat. She got upset with me for not being able to hold my hand under the nail polish light long enough. I was in so much pain it was nearly impossible for me to keep them underneath the light. At that point I couldn’t even bring myself to say anything as I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I paid the $70 and left in tears no one seemed to care in the slightest. I was so excited to have my nails done as I’m expecting my first child next week but I never want to ever get my nails done again after this experience. I have walked out of your salon with cuts and blood all over my nails and was treated with disrespect. I’m now extremely concerned and worried that I’m going to get and infection due to the cuts and how she “treated” them. I highly do not recommend getting your nails done here. Extremely disappointed and in a lot of pain. I have photo evidence and videos of what I’ve walked out with.

Just went for my first massage with Winnie, 10/10 job, she put a lot of effort into my massage, gave me some stretches to do and really worked on the knots in my back. All of the ladies there are so sweet and provide great service, definitely recommend and will 100% be returning!

Amazing relaxing facial!! I highly recommend. Very professional and caring staff using Skinstitute Australian skincare. I was so well looked after and my skin looks incredible after the microdermabrasion. There was no pushy sales at all but I was still well educated on the best products to use. Also they are wheelchair friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I’ve already rebooked for my next facial.
