My arrival at reception was a little odd, as I'm a Choice member. Photo ID (Driver's Licence) & credit card requested. All my info + CC details are on their web site. Strange!! A bonus was that wine, beer & mixed cans were available in the reception area.

Our room was very clean & well designed with water bottles & milk in the fridge. Wine glasses & other cutlery available, along with soap, detergent, tissues, etc, also available as expected. Modern TV & AC, however, I would have liked the AC to have been turned on when we arrived. Very modern AC unit, but still took close to an hour to cool the room.

As we were only staying one night I didn't ask about WiFi, so I can't comment on its reliability.

Couldn't find any major faults & we enjoyed our stay. The fact that there is an excellent independent Thai restaurant within the motel grounds was definitely a bonus.

Excellent value. ✨️Room and amenities are of a high standard. The room is spacious and clean. And the bed is the most comfortable ever. Cleaning is of a high standard you can tell by the crisp white fresh towels, linen and super comfy pillows. ?
The coffee station is great with all the supplies needed. ☕️
Place is quiet and very neat and clean.
We arrived just b4 midnight.
The after hours check in was a breeze.
Thank you Batu and Bhart for your exceptional service and efficiency.
We'll definitely stay here again

Room is very spacious and clean. Reception’s service is stellar! We messaged reception that we are coming in for a late check-in and they gladly helped us out with all we need to know for checking-in smoothly during after hours. Location is great and just near the police station as well. Thanks team! We had a lovely stay and looking forward to our next stay!

We needed a quiet, safe & friendly place to stay for six nights and Comfort Inn was exactly that! Parth & the team were very friendly and accommodating, with extra parking available - and the curlews were a bonus!
Very easy to access shopping centres and takeaways.
Rooms were bright, clean and easily accessible.

We had to stay in Brisbane whilst a family member was in hospital. Our stay turned out longer than expected and ended up being a month. The management and staff were super accommodating to all of our needs especially considering that we didn’t know how long we were going to stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Quiet, comfortable and spacious rooms with great wifi. Staff were very helpful and accommodating with unexpected delays and late check in. Great location that was easy to navigate to.

I loved the room and layout of the room. Loved the available amenities provided in the room. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and service was great!
