Love this place. Hotel is cleaned nice and have lots of amenities. The bathroom smells good and the way washing soap organised is wonderful. My son love loves.

They also provided extra heaters as it was cold for us. No reactions to the carpet and bedding only we can't handle the bedsheets so had our blanked. The view was nice but next time would like to have a view in the middle of the mountain.

Absolutely appalling. No doubt, don't want to come here again. Advertising this, didn't honour it at both bars I went to. Ridiculous, missed out on 15 mins of the finals footy for what?! No aussie pizza apparently yet still advertising all around the casino ?

If you value your personal safety DO NOT COME HERE. Security staff are for decoration only. Security stood back and watched a woman who appeared to be under the influence of drugs as she threw chairs and screamed at patrons before she and her group of friends attacked a woman. A man and multiple women hit, kicked and violently assaulted this woman and ripped off her clothes while security did nothing to intervene and did not even call police. Completely unacceptable and frightening to witness.

Great place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful and kind. The facilities are amazing with a proper gym, great pools, including a spa, with an eatery which provides for a very relaxing time.

The foods from the pool shop are tasty and very well priced. It gets busy over the weekend. However, there is plenty of space, and the visitors are pleasant and respectful, which creates a vibrant and fun time by the pools.

It is a place we will definitely visit and stay again. 5 stars for an awesome time.

We're not gamblers but stayed at the Crowne Plaza next door. We ate at the outdoor restaurant here a few times during our stay and it was excellent - especially the smoker night (no no - not cigarettes - meat !). Staff were excellent and it was clean, safe and efficient. We had a (Spanish ?) waiter who was both humorous and helpful. Good music and screens everywhere. Well priced and great for kids. An easy walk to our room. Lasseters was the best part of staying at this Hotel. Not sure who "owned" the brekkie restaurant but it also was excellent. Food and staff. Well laid out - clean and tidy.
