This is the only place to go to get a hot tub , sauna, or quality outdoor furniture. Staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. This is the second hot tub I have got from Brad and rapid spa and we will never go anywhere else for sales or maintenance they are the best in town by far !

These guys set me up with a great deal that put me in a hot tub within a month. My salesman Kalen, was in constant contact before, during, and after the sale, and was a great source of information for me. The financing was simple and direct. Very pleasant delivery guys and Kaleb came along ON HIS DAY OFF!! Wow. I don’t say that to raise that expectation for him to always do that, but it showed me that he cared about this tub being right for me. These guys will take care of you during, and after the sale. With anything things will pop up or not go perfect but any confusion or misunderstandings that happened they were right on top of it and made me feel like they really wanted me as a customer, not just sell a tub to someone. They do things right at Rapid Spa. I would tell anyone even if you’re curious about maybe getting a tub to go see Kalen. He is great and so it Rapid Spa.

We purchased a hot tub from Rapid Spa and we are so glad we did.
We are so pleased with every single detail of our experience. Ben the owner and his assistant Brad are so wonderful, and so helpful to deal with. I would reccomend Rapid Spa highly to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub. We found them to have the best prices as well. Not only were they helpful in every single way but we now have an absolutely beautiful hot tub that works perfect. Even the delivery guys were great.
