Bondi 38 Serviced Apartments - Bondi Beach, New South Wales

We stayed here for 5 days and it was great. The view from the living room is incredible, huge windows looking directly out on the beach and the ocean. Beautiful!
The kitchen was fine, but cutlery and dishes were a bit dirty and needed a good wash first. With two dishwashers in the apartment that was easily done, though. We also would have appreciated scissors in the kitchen.

The bathroom is really nice, great shower, doesn't take too long to get hot. Having a washer dryer in unit was great, but our clothes never got completely dry, we always had to air dry additonally.

I liked the size of the bedrooms, nice storage space in the wardrobes and the bed were very comfy. Neither bedroom has a view, but in the second bedroom the windows are frosted, so you can't see anything at all (there's only another building outside). There's also a crack in the window.

I never met the Service staff, but we communicated via messages and notes and it was great. They very super quick in providing a high chair for the toddler in our group and gave us additional towels, toilet paper and coffee capsules when we asked for them.

Overall, I was really happy with the apartment ☺️

An absolute gem of an apartment! Fabulous location opposite the beach - big comfortable bedroom with beautiful fresh linen & pillows, lovely open plan kitchen/lounge with balcony & sea views, stylish modern bathroom with all the hotel accessories, and all the extras needed for a perfect stay! This place topped all the big hotels on location, price and comfort! We will definitely return.

Bondi 38 is such a lucky find! Lovely little apartments with wonderful soft beds and sofa beds, everything well designed and high quality. The kitchen is so well stocked that we ate from the excellent grocery stores, though there are plenty of great restaurants down below. The staff were all sweethearts, though Vickie the manager deserves a medal. We were astonished at the trouble she took hunting down our lost money and passports and guiding us through the police system. We give her credit that when everything was discovered in a different city, it was all swiftly returned to us. She's a national treasure and she runs a grand little hotel!

If you can get a room here, you won the lottery! High quality finishings and furniture and the address directly on Bondi Beach speaks for itself. The staff are all so kind and accommodating, but Vickie the manager deserves a medal for helping us call other hotels and the police trying to hunt down lost passports. The best kind of people at one of the best spots on Earth.

Great location, clean and wonderful view of Bondi Beach. We were in apartment 9. The management was very friendly and helpful with clear instructions. Parking was available offsite for an additional fee but should be booked in advance. Although check in was 2pm our room was still being cleaned until about 2.30. Didn’t pose any issues for us and housekeeper was friendly. Apartment was well stocked with the essentials. Highly recommend this apartment - thanks for a great stay!

Such a beautiful location, view and experience. Comfy beds, all amenities you could wish for, so clean. All around was a fabulous trip, if you are looking to stay in Bondi, don’t go past Bondi38.||Waking up to Bondi beach from your bedroom is a very special experience.

Just stayed at serviced 38 Apartments for the first weekend of December 2023 and what an amazing stress free stay.. apartment was prime location, clean and super comfortable. I forgot my pillow that I don’t travel without ever and all I can say is I didn’t even notice, apartment has easy access all amenities you could need and the staff are very kind and accommodating and communication is excellent. To top everything what an stunning beach literally right at your doorstep….Will definitely be back in the future

Superbly located across the road from Bondi Beach and only a minutes walk from the bus stop, this is an ideal place to stay if the Beach is your focus whilst in Sydney. However being directly on the road whilst enabling a 2 min walk to the sand means that traffic noise exists. Plenty of beach walks and restaurants on your doorstep. Comfortable and equipped and if you are up early enough you can watch the sunrise from your sofa. The booking sites state they take cash but this information is out of date. Hands on management team - albeit off site some of the time - access is via the keypad. Often fully booked which is always a good sign.
