Great News!
Hi yesterday morning I received a phone call from the Palmerston Day Spa in regards to my written review, they were very apologetic for what had happened the day my daughter got her ears pierced, and they did'nt know what happened that day and assured me that this is not an acceptable instance and should not have happened at all, they pride themselves on friendly efficient service and are very experienced in piercings and all services they provide, with a very sanitised work place, the employee that had performed the piercing is no longer with the company.
I mentioned that I am looking to get my daughters nose pierced and they offered with no hesitation to book her in today free of charge so she could have the experience that she should've had the first time. I felt that this was a sincere one off incident that has never happened before and decided to take my daughter back today to get her nose pierced, On arrival they were very friendly and very apologetic again, the manager let my daughter pick out which nose stud she wanted and pierced my daughters nose herself, she was very professional and my daughter was very happy with her experience and it looks absolutely perfect, I would recommend going to the Palmerston Day Spa and we will definately go back again and again.

I have been growing out my eyebrows for six months now. I just returned home from Palmerston day spa after getting the eyemazing package I showed her where i was trying to grow out my brows and the therapist did not listen to me at all and waxed away all the hairs I had been trying to grow and one tail is now shorter than the other!!! super disappointed!! will never be back. Would not recommend to friends
