Had an amazing stay at Lasseters! The location and facilities were spot on.
Gym, pool, restaurants and entertainment all at walking distance from accommodation.

Food at Tali, especially the buffet breakfast with the omelette bar, was cooked to perfection by their Chef, coffee from the wait staff, best I've had!
Dinner at Juicy Rump was amazing, the bar staff all welcoming with very friendly service.

Management, Steve & Randy were a dream, team & really takes pride in their professionalism and delivery of venue excellence.

And a VIP mention to Micheal, The Crowne Plaza Hotel Porter for making our trip!

Had a great stay. Service was exceptional with staff going the extra mile to advise and assist me. As a member, rates are very reasonable and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable.
Great pool too and all the facilities you could possibly need are accessible and high quality.
It's a little way out of town but there are shuttles if required.
Highly recommend if you're visiting Alice Springs.

While my room was excellent, I would never come back here again. The fragrance in the hotel lobby and the casino lobby hit you like a brick wall as soon as you go in the door... So strong and offensive that it gives you a headache. Lead me to a coughing fit. I had to stand outside while someone else checked me in. Beautiful pool complex. Wonderful breakfast buffet. A hotel of this caliber I should never have such an issue. This should be a straight five-star hotel, but obviously it is not. I was told that I was upgraded to one of the bigger recently renovated rooms. It was large, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Except that their hand soaps and lotion are so highly fragranced that you could not get the smell out of your hands or off your body. I called the front desk to ask if they had a fragrance-free lotion. The first time I called after ringing for some time, the phone sent me to voicemail which then said voicemail was not available because the mailbox was full. ? Also, if this room has been newly renovated, why are there no USB ports? I rarely stay at IHG hotels. Maybe this is the reason. When I spoke to the receptionist about the fragrance-free lotion, she said they had none but everything that they use is to IHG standards, whatever that means. Obviously, different standards than mine. The bed only has flat sheets, and whoever made mine didn't even lay the lower sheet on straight so it kept coming untucked at one corner

For this location, I can not complain to much. We are long term guest and we have not had any issues. The staff and service at the hotel itself was awesome. Some of the service at the attached restaurants was subpar, but overall I would recommend the hotel it has everything you need for this being in the middle of no where.

LOVED it, we arrived during a period of time that had instigated a curfew in town. Regardless I felt safe, comfortable and was able to relax after a hectic cross country trip. There were two restaurants to choose from and the Juicy Rump delivered! The view outside the window of the McDonnell Range was just the cherry on top. Highly recommend.

I had a very open mind before visiting Alice Springs due to things I had heard . However, I had the most amazing stay at the crown plaza .
All staff were very accommodating . We had a lovely room with a view of the macdonnell ranges . The food offered at Tali was to a high standard ( Al a carte) and room service very efficient.
The only down side was the whirl pool not in operation .
Beautiful hotel with lovely staff would highly recommend staying here to others and hopefully will come back soon ..

Room was really nice and had a great view. I thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness and overall experience. There is security in the car park at night to ensure nothing gets stolen throughout the night.

A warm welcome on arrival . Staff very pleasant and approachable. Our room was very comfortable enjoyed a very restful night. Plenty of choice for something to eat and drink. Buffet breakfast choice was great . Plenty of selections from cooked to cereal along with great Coffee.
