Bad things: No air conditioning in Room 3, bathroom smelly, had to sleep with front door open as was very hot hence no security.
Good: the TV fridge and kettle worked, leaving at 6am.
DONT stay unless you have to.

Noisy air con no matter what setting it was on. Bathroom window jammed open with broken mechanism. Pillows flat and yellow. Extensive water damage to floor in front of bathroom as well as bathroom door. Curtains barely covered the front window and was home to a spider. No bedside light switches or lamps. Hair all over the floor next to the bed. If it cost $50 it could be tolerated, but it was $110 and I have stayed in better pub rooms for a lot less.

1 star because: Towels seemed clean. Water was hot. Sheets seemed clean.

Would not recommend room smelt so disgusting, would not stay agian. Hade to travel harf way across town to receive the key service was horrible at pub when reserveing keys as paying customers came first wait over 25 mins.....

Needed a bed late while on a road trip, saw the 24hr check in sign (that had just been uncovered) and headed in. We were greeted with a smile, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.
It is an older place, it is priced accordingly, i would definitely stay there again, but if your a sook and like complaining perhaps you should keep driving ?

Was passing through Wee Waa fairly late and needed a room for the night, saw the welcome inn lit up, to be honest i almost drove past it, but i only needed a bed and a shower.|The owner was very helpful, the rate was fair, room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot.|If i had to pass through Wee Waa again I'd happily stay there again. |Now if your a bit of a sook or like complaining about irrelevant things it's probably not for you!|It is an older building but its priced accordingly!

I was pleasantly surprised with the value, cleanliness and comfort of this small country motel. I was simply stopping over for the night whilst travelling to Lightening Ridge. It had everything I needed for a comfortable nights stay. I felt refreshed and ready for my drive ahead, early the next morning.

Stayed here after leaving it too late to book Wee Waa's other motel, I Really should've driven back To Narrabri for the night. Dirty, outdated in 1973 and at no stage did I feel safe. Unusual "characters" hanging out with motel "manager/owner". No restaurant, not that I would've consider using it. ||I am on the road across NSW for work, staying at all different towns & motels, trust me, at this stage don't use this one
