As a client of Whispering Waters Day Spa, I have nothing but excellent things to say about the establishment. The new location in Castle Hills is absolutely beautiful. When you walk in, you are made to feel like you are ready to be invigorated, relaxed or just plain pampered. The customer service is professional and very friendly, and they are actually interested and sincere about how one feels after their service. The therapists are professional, very well trained and knowledgeable about the services they provide you. The products they use are natural, so I know I am receiving the best! They also counsel you on how you can further your well-being. I always have a relaxing experience each time I go, and I would recommend it to my family and close friends-- and have!!

I had a truly amazing experience when I went to this spa. I received one of their packages as a birthday present. Everyone was so friendly and did such a great job making sure I was comfortable. Ann who did my facial was so sweet and knowledgeable, helping me understand why she was doing each step and what I could do to help my skin problems. Claire who did my mani and pedi, was sweet, personable and made both my hands and feet look summer ready. Terry who did my massage has hands from heaven I swear! She was so gentle and helped me dearests quickly. I had never had any services done at a spa before, but I will definitely be going back so that I can experience their great customer service and wonderful products again. I highly recommend this place! Thank you again ladies for a wonderful experience.

I've been going to Whispering Waters for over 10 years. My skin looks better now than it did in my 20s. I am almost 60! Ann does a great facial--with a few extra wonderful treats, like the warm oil mitts for your hands. And no one, I mean, no one, extracts blemishes as good as Ann! The spa has a wonderful ambience. The colors, the friendly staff, and most of all, it's the cleanest place I've seen in town. Everyone should treat themselves to Whispering Waters Day Spa.

This place is great! The huge jacuzzi with waterfalls is worth a visit. I got a seaweed wrap and a massage and felt amazing afterward. The spa is spotlessly clean and is very inviting. I found all the staff and the owner to be very friendly and welcoming. I believe this is the best spa in SA.

I had such an amazing experience at Whispering Waters Day Spa. I am new to the area and finding a new spa, especially for brazillian waxing can be very difficult, but I was put to ease by the wonderful and friendly staff. Anne, the owner, is one of the best waxers I have ever had. She is very friendly, yet professional, and most of all very efficient. The facility is very clean and relaxing. I was so pleased with my experience, I booked a spa day for a seaweed wrap, massage, facial, mani and pedi for later in the week. I definitely will make this my new home/spa.

An enjoyoble experience, the atmosphere was relaxing and the staff very helpful. The setting had lots of nice touches and I appreciated the refreshments that were offered. My facial was very beneficial and I am continuing to see positive results using the products recommended. I look forward to my next visit and would certainly recommend this spa.

The staff is the only reason one MIGHT like this spa. The OWNER is the MAIN reason I will NOT go back. I had gone to purchase products from this spa, which I have done several times before. The staff is always pleasant and makes the trip worthwhile. One visit, unfortunately, the OWNER appeared to help at the front desk as it was Christmas time. She is EXTREMELY cold , more than Antarctica . And has a very RUDE demeanor; complete poor customer service. Be forewarned, some of the products cannot be returned. Not even for a in-store credit. The Owner cleverly places tiny, tiny, tiny, signs ( barely visible) , stating no returns. I don't mind that my product could not be returned, but it was her nasty attitude, and the tricky sign that angered me. Her staff should run the place, and send her home. P.S...if you read more reviews here, most of the excellent comments are in regards to the STAFF. The bad comments are ALL about the OWNER.

Had another fantastic day at Whispering Waters Day Spa.. Ann, Terry and Brittany are always a joy to see and the professional care they give is beyond what anyone would expect. Ann's facial is a must. She is so helpful in giving tips on beautiful skin. Terry handled my pedicare and manicure which left me walking on air afterwards. Brittany wrapped me up in seaweed then finished me off with an absolute heavenly massage. This team of ladies know their stuff. Can't wait to go back!
I couldnt have asked for a better day.
