We had a meal here tonight. The entree came out with one of the mains. The garlic bread and prawn dumplings were under cooked. The snapper was the size of the palm of my hand and covered in fresh spinach leaves. Very disappointing

The best pub meal on the Gold Coast.

We had Karaage Chicken and Callamari for Entre and Fish and Chicken Taccos for mains. All were very good and decent serves.

Was told in a rude fashion that "I'm not making cocktails due to no staff available". For the record there were 3 staff behind the bar. More than the previous week at the same time when we ordered the same drinks and had a great afternoon.

Best location with amazing views. Great service. Our meals were perfect. Bar staff cannot serve you quick enough with a smile. Love this place!

On the top floor balcony with large seating areas (and lounge and table seating options), we had a great view of the beach and some good drinks. The bar staff were all friendly and helpful, but I have to give a special shout out to Alex (friendly, helpful and a great smile!).

Asked for a medium steak, came out rare. When I gave it back they recooked the same steak which still came out medium rare closer to rare. Because it was recooked it was now tough and undercooked. When speaking to the waitress about it she said “oh well the steak is thick it’s hard to cook”. If you’re a good cook doesn’t matter the thickness of the steak and if you can’t cook it right don’t offer to cook it that way in the first place. It also wasn’t a cheap meal so I expected a lot better. Not to mention there were 18 of us so it wasn’t a cheap bill overall.

Hands down this place has the best Chicken parmy on the Gold Coast so far. With a fantastic view and an exciting night life, this place is a 20m walk to the beach. ❤️

I've been here a couple of times before and had an overall positive experience, however yesterday was very disappointing.
Ordered a Kingfish Ceviche under the "To Share" section, expecting a decent portion considering we paid $28. Got a very small plate with 6 tiny and tasteless slices of fish. Felt instantly ripped off!
Furthermore, a 10% surcharge has been now introduced on Sundays, which includes a Venue Fee. This is ridiculous, considering you order via a QR Code on the table and have to help yourself with water, glasses, etc.
The whole experience felt like a HUGE RIP OFF.
Extremely disappointed and will not be back even though we live local.
Do better and don't rip off your customers!
