What a fantastic place. From the 1st booking over the phone, to check in, to the general service and the pool. Staff were all excellent. All great and well worth it. Less than 5 minute walk to airline check in is crazy convenient. Recommended even if you're not flying. My family loved the place and will definitely stay there again.

Can’t believe how close to the airport - less than a 5 minute walk.
Pleasant and easy check in, full breakfast came with my room, was lovely.
My room 529 facing the airport, couldn’t hear any noise, comfortable room with a huge comfy bed.
Couldn’t recommend enough for those quick stays ?

My mum and I have been very happy with our overnight stay. The staff have been incredibly helpful, super friendly and accommodating. Every interaction with the staff has been greeted with a smile, which is so wonderful! We will happily stay again and be recommending to our family and friends!

The hotel has a great location, the rooms are excellent and the staff are helpful and friendly. But ---- the food offering is very average. I can't believe that at breakfast you pay $5 extra for a real coffee. The bread offered was only white-sliced and the condiments were cheap. This is simply not up to standard and is in stark contrast to the rest of the offering. The restaurant at rooftop desperately needs a makeover and the food offered is ordinary and limited. I hope the catering issues are addressed to match that with the excellence otherwise offered.

Lovely people at the front desk, sadly didn't get much hot water.
Parking is good however when it's a fully booked hotel, not enough car spaces. A recommended other parking space would have been lovely to know for people who don't know the area well.

The stay was quite basic, considering the price and hotel grade. The room was small with minimal amenities, and the bed was not very comfortable. On the plus side, breakfast was included, though the variety was limited, and the coffee provided was low-quality sachets. Free parking is available, but spaces are limited, so it’s a matter of luck to find one. The self-check-in and check-out process was convenient and efficient. The highlight of the stay was the excellent service—both the receptionists and bar staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the facilities immensely. Buffet breakfast was fantastic, shoutout to the Brazilian chef for her poached eggs, en pointe. The gym could do with an upgrade of equipment but was functional. The pool was amazing and parking a breeze. The mattress was the most comfortable I have slept on outside of home. Well done Rydges.

Please be aware that you should consider other options if you think your vacation days might be wasted here.

I advise against booking a room at this hotel. The night shift manager is very rude and unhelpful. They even failed to provide filtered water when I requested it. The night shift manager, named Max Go, completely ignored me when I asked for water. He told me that if I wanted to complain, I could go ahead, and then suggested that I use the vending machine to get water myself.

I don’t understand this kind of behavior, especially from a reputed chain of hotel.

I encountered another issue the next day: there was no microwave in the room, which made it difficult to warm my food. The reception staff seemed indifferent to my concerns and were unfamiliar with the hotel's policies. They informed me that there is a no-microwave policy in the hotel, but when I asked for documentation, they couldn't provide any.

The reception staff also mentioned that the franchise has private rules and regulations, but again, they had nothing in writing to support their claims.

I am staying in a "1 X Concourse Premium" room, yet it lacks basic facilities that one would expect in a premium accommodation.
