Nice comfortable stay near airport. The rooms are well maintained and presented well.

The beach is within walking distance and the airport is at doorstep which makes for convenience but it does come with some noise although I didn't find that at issue with my stay.

The outside lighting is very bright at night and no doubt for security for the cars which is great but I did find it a little distracting for sleep.

I checked in Friday night but was unimpressed with the room.

It had not been aired out properly and it just was a depressing place to be.

$170 per night is way overs.

I booked across the road at the Rydges an hour after I got there.

Maybe I am getting fussy as I get older, or maybe I expect better for my money.

For convenience to airport - Perfect. Clean - Excellent. Service - receprion was a lovely lady and was more than helpful. Remember this is a motel so if you want all the flash sparkly lights, go to a hotel where you will indeed pay for it. But i defintely recommend. Thank you Gold Coast Airport Motel, you will see me again ?

Stayed at this motel twice in July 2024 . Excellent location and very clean rooms. Bedding was spotless and Frank was very helpful. Highly recommend this accomadation and it is within walking distance to the airport. No hesitation in recommending this accomodation. Ray

I stayed at Gold Coast Airport Motel 01/07/2024 and again on 15/07/2024. Several days prior the stay I called the and spoke to Frank. On both occasions I spoke with Frank and asked for a Ground Floor room as I have trouble climbing stairs. On both occasions Frank said he had me booked into a ground floor room. On both occasions I arrived after normal business hours and had to get my room key from a lock box & both times I had an upstairs room. My stay on 1st July I just climbed the stairs to my room and went to bed. The next morning Frank was at the key return box and I spoke with him and told of my displeasure of having a first floor room when I was assured by Frank I was booked into a ground floor room, I then showed him my disability ID card. ||When I called to book a room for 15th July I again spoke with Frank and I asked for and was assured I would have a ground floor room. I even mentioned that two weeks prior I had his assurance I had a ground floor room and had to use a first floor room. When I arrived (late again) the key was for room 6 on the first floor. I knocked loudly and rang the intercom and Frank appeared. After a short exchange Frank came out handing me a key for one of the ground floor that were vacant - Frank says "I've just upgraded you to a better room". Room 3 was the same as room 7 I had had two weeks prior - It was NOT an upgrade. Be very specific and careful when dealing with Frank at the Gold Coast Airport Motel.

I stayed here last week with my mum for a short trip and had a really good experience. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the location was super handy. But the best thing was the customer service from Frank who was so caring. We were planning to go to Pacfair before our flight, and he warned us about the road repairs. Much appreciated from someone who’s not a local, so I really recommend this place.

Great communication, right from the initial booking until we checked in. Fantastic service, very accommodating.
We we're able to store our luggage very early on the day of check in.
Rooms are retro but have everything you need, comfy bed, air con, plenty of space as we had a 1 year old with us to, motel helped us out with a portable cot. We had a downstairs room, made life easy with all our luggage, a one year old and early am check out.

We had a great stay here for our early flight the next day. Friendly owner and spacious rooms. We even got a 10% discount at the nearby life savings club where the food was delicious and affordable.
About 10 minute walk to the airport.
