We stayed nearby and ended up having breakfast here several times during our stay.
The coffee is excellent - perfectly made every time with a rich, smooth flavour.
The breakfast menu has great variety and everything we tried was fresh and well-prepared. The smashed avo was particularly good, and they don't skimp on the sides.

The cafe has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating options.
Easy parking in the centre is a huge plus, especially for the Coolangatta area.
Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.
A great local spot that's worth seeking out!

Great atmosphere & beautiful view of the water. Quick and friendly service. Coffee is absolutely amazing and breakfast is delicious. Worth the money! If you go early the place is quiet and much more enjoyable

Pleasantly surprised… A random drop-in for a late lunch. Service at counter and seating for all types. Pretty laidback style with Staff giving off happy work conditions. Always a nice thing to see. Food was fairly quick and spot on with menu description. We were one of the last patrons there while staff was packing up but never felt hurried or uncomfortable. Another place on my list of drop-ins.

Unbelievable place for breakfast. This chic cafe with friendly staff is a gem. With its rustic look and feel you’d be forgiven to expect Diver Dan to deliver your food.

The toast was cooked to perfection and the coffee was heavenly.

Do yourself a favour and drop in to meet the lovely staff.

Nice place for breaky. A bit windy and cool on the day we visited, but can't blame the Cafe for that.
Wife had the mini eggs benny, which she is still raving about.
My daughter had the French toast and for $18 I thought "It better be bloody good", and it was. 2 huge slices of French toast covered in banana, mixed berries, and maple syrup.
I has the egg and bacon roll which was ok.
2 things that put me off - the roll was a brioche bun, which I'm not keen on, and the egg was hard cooked. Nothing better than a runny egg on a roll, especially if you've opted for no sauce.
Not show stoppers. Still recommend coming here.

The service at your café is very good and the food fresh and tasty. Though your coffee is flat and lacking flavour. It has been for quite sometime. I suggest you consider reviewing different brands and modernise with a new coffee choice. ?

Not told we would have to wait an hour .. watched two other people get upset about their wait time . Understand it is Xmas time so we die t get upset with staff . Very unorganised and one woman staff was yelling at a customer when he was not yelling at her .. he just wanted his money back . She was too aggressive . We asked about our food and was told it was coming now .. it came another 10 mins later .. we waited a total of 1hour and 15 mins . When our breakfast came out my bacon was hardly cooked and I had asked and confirmed twice ordering that can it be crispy . Yes no problem they said . Well I then said im not eating this and want money back . My partner ate and paid for his but I was left with nothing . Begrudgingly gave me my money back for my meal . Dreadful especially when the customer she was yelling at finally yelled back a profanity

Just had our breakfast here this morning. Everything was great. I had the eggs benny with bacon - very yummy and the coffee was tops. Highly recommended
