We stayed at Comfort In Heritage Wagga for 6 nights. Rooms were fantastic, service was second to none, very friendly, kind, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us.
We highly recommend this Inn and will definitely stay there next time we are in town.

It was an average stay, but a memorable one. In my room all the beds were in one room, but the bathroom was good, nice water pressure.

Stayed here back in May 2024. It was ok.
But today they have fraudulently used my bank details and stole $180 from me without my knowledge! Thankfully my bank is sorting it out but warning to EVERYONE, these people keep your details and use it for their own purposes. STAY AWAY

Do not be fooled by the photos. They are not realistic, it looks wholesome and nice in the pictures but in reality it's run down and old.

The cleanliness of the hotel room and bathroom is awful. I couldn't use the free wifi, the signal was terrible. When I arrived, there was no soap, leftover food in the fridge, someone's clothes in the closet and expired milk in the fridge. Additionally, the construction work behind the hotel starts at 6:30 am, no alarm clock needed.

Leanne and Ron are wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and we were always met with a smile. Breakfast was great. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The pool was so refreshing after such a long hot drive.

Very comfortable stay, nice bed, well appointed room and functional kitchenette.
Only downside was the air conditioner, which I took upon myself to clean the filters.

First time today at this motel and I can say the owner and staff are professional's. Big and clean, modern rooms... Modern clean bathrooms!! Because of my job I travel all over Australia weekly and I can say is one of the cleanest rooms I ever stayed! Tiles and ceiling without moulds! Some small details need a bit more attention ( bathroom ventilation, aircon filter) and would be spotless. Bravo to clean team and the manager!!

Room was clean enough, reception polite and friendly.

Do not book if you need a decent disabled room. They say it is, it is not There was a a step into the room another small step into the bathroom. Taps not suitable, shower space not suitable. A couple of rails does not a disable room make.
