The room is spacious but dated. I don’t expect much from most motels so it was similar to lots of others.
My main complaint is that the fridge doesn’t work. We had things in our esky that needed to be kept cold. The esky was colder than the fridge! Couldn’t change the fridge temperature although we did try.
The other thing is the room deodorising spray…….too much! Made me feel ill. Had to sit with our door open to try to dispel it but that didn’t really work so we had to put up with it ?
If I stayed again, I would request a downstairs room as there’s steps to drag luggage up to the top floor.

Terrific stay. Our room (10) was quiet, spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable, staff were lovely and I’ll definitely stay again.

It’s in the heart of ’north Wagga’.
If you get a good room it’s a good stay.
If you have to carry your stuff up the ‘outside’ stair well to the top floor, where many of the rooms haven’t been re-furbed, it’s not that nice. The heater in # 27 is not adequate. I’ve stayed in this motel plenty of times but, $179 mid week to be cold all night isn’t enough to bring me back. There’s loads of choice in Wagga. My advice is to look around.!

Just WOW! What are people thinking giving this motel 4.2 stars? The photos on the site do not depict the rooms accurately, they rooms are run down, the bed is hard and don’t even get me started on the state of the bathroom! The lighting is dim (until I noticed someone had placed a hand towel over it? Obviously several months ago cause it was covered in dust!) the spa bath floor is black and mouldy and there is absolutely ZERO hot water! We specifically paid more for a room with a spa due to health reasons not to mention wanting to kick back and relax with a wine in a hot spa but we got luke warm water no matter what we did and found we were warmer OUT of the water than in it! Its April!
Giving customers tiny unsealed milk jugs is just unsanitary and I’m pretty sure would break some health codes if the inspectors found out about it! There is no water or snacks on offer in the room, the heater rattles and the carpet is dirty… I could go on and if we had to stay in Wagga longer than a single night we most definitely wouldn’t stay here - we considered cutting our losses and bailing to a better motel! But we are tolerating this room out of principal and will most definitely be taking this further as the almost $300 per night for the king spa suite is most definitely not worth it! We’ve had better comfort (and service) at a 3 star motel!
Never again
Don’t waste your money - go elsewhere!

This is not your typical motel in regional Australia. Most motels dated and old. This place is well run and modernised, located in the heart of the town of Wagga Wagga, with everything an easy walking distance. Service is professional and courteous. The rooms are modern, with USB ports. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is also modern and clean, the size of the room is very spacious with enough room for a couch and small dining table. Plenty of parking onsite.

It’s what you would expect from a 3 star motel in Wagga. It was dated but clean rooms and comfortable beds and good hot showers. We stayed in the standard room that sleeps 3. There was a small fully kitchenette, with salt and pepper if you want to cook. A bottle of water in the fridge. The standard tea and coffees.

Only critique was that the rooms were quite dark so I pulled a chair over to the window facing the river to get a little sunlight. Nice quiet stay but the parking lot is filled up at night and might have to park off site.

Not happy at all .we booked a room for 1 night .we had unexpected car troubles and were stuck on the side of the road still 2 hours away in 37 degree heat and I called to cancel the room as we were not going to make it there and they still charged me the full rate we will definitely not recommend this place to anyone .

We stayed in the king spa room and it very was spacious. Nice and modern features including usb charging ports and wifi connection. The main reason for booking this place was for the kids to swim, but unfortunately when we arrived to find to pool was empty. The pillows we're to soft for myself and there were bugs in the room. They did compensate us for these issues and were nice and courteous. The location is close to all amenities.
