I recently stayed in apartment 5. The apartment had amazing water views and had been beautifully renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms. A new queen bed in main room provided a very comfortable nights sleep. Large 55 inch flat screen tv provided a comfy night in. Spa bath in main bathroom was lovely. Easy flat 5 minute walk to restaurants, shopping. Extremely quiet wake to sounds of birds. At night kangaroos graze on grass below unit. Will definitely be back loved the apartment

Came here for 3 nights stay with my family. It's beautiful place, we got 2 bedroom. One room with ensuite. The apartment is very clean, all utensils are clean, the bedrooms, lounge room and kitchen are spacious. ||When we came Steve the owner was very nice and friendly. And he got a dog named Rocky which my son and me love playing with him. ||The balcony is spacious too, nothing to complain about, there's private laundry and cloth dryer. ||The bathrooms are spacious too, one is ensuite and the other one with a spa.||And we can see from Steve that he got a green thumb, he got strawberries, lemon, lime, and other veggies in the backyard.||Bluewater apartment has a swimming pool and a BBQ place at the backyard.||And you can hear the lorikeets singing in front of balcony. ||The neighbourhood itself was in quiet environment, and the best one, it's near the beach. ||The location of apartment is in prime location, near to shops and restaurants which we can walk. ||Definitely we will choose this apartment again to say if we go to Merimbula again.||I'm definitely 100% recommend this apartment to any readers in here and to all my friends and families.|

The apartment had very clean and spacious rooms located on a quiet street within walking distance to the town centre. The managers were friendly and helpful. It was a great place for us to retreat to and relax from the activities of the day. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Merimbula for our family holiday.

Enjoyed a week in March at the Blue Water Apartments with Louise and Steve. We had the best time. The Unit was lovely and large with plenty of room to just relax. Short walk to the Club and town. Merimbula has the best ice creams and the food in both clubs was memorable. Plenty to do in Merimbula with drives to Eden, Pambula and Bega close handy. The food festival was amazing but so crowded. These apartments are shockingly good value for money. In a super quiet area, right on the water, they are in a perfect position for wandering to the best of what Merimbula has to offer. Which is a lot. The apartment we stayed in was so well designed and decorated, it was comfortable and beautiful and felt great to come back to at the end of the day. So well appointed, we immediately regretted not staying for longer.

Amazing place to stay with a beautiful outlook! So quiet and peaceful yet walking distance to everything. Spacious and spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable beds and couches. Pool, BBQ area and spa an added bonus. Managers Steven and Louise couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Sensational value we won't stay anywhere else after having stayed here.
Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for a break. Apartment was very good, clean and modern. It was quite karge and had been renovated with good quality furnishings throughout. Had separate bedroom from living area. Balcony with seating and table and decent views of the back lake. Very easy walking distance to the shops and to the main area. We didn't use the pool area.

Outstanding apartments in the heart of Merimbula. I'm shaking my head in disbelief about the ridiculous reviews that some idiots have left for this place. The apartments are sensational and the on-site hosts, Louise and Steven, couldn't be more friendly and accommodating.

The complex has a secure pool, BBQ and undercover parking. The apartments are large and have private balconies with delightful views. For the price, I think you'll be hard pressed to find better accommodation in Merimbula. Highly recommend.
