Unfortunately it was the end of the Xmas New Year period so very busy and only a few doctors on. Dr Annie was extremely good. Very attentive and asking lots of questions. The pathology was very slow though ( took me 45 mins to get in just to give blood). Maybe they were training a newbie but usually this procedure takes 5mins. Genrally as good an experience as can be expected from visiting the doc ?. The reception staff were also very informative and took time to help.

Before moving here from Sydney I was warned that it would be difficult to find a local doctor. I have not found this to be the case at all. I was immediately matched to Dr Olowe who has proved not only highly competent in diagnosis and memory of my conditions, but more importantly is extremely empathetic and conscientious. In one case calling me well into the evening to follow up and provide delayed results reporting for my peace of mind. Yes, there can be annoying wait times, and co-payment is an imposition. However, I've not encountered a Dr anywhere in Australia who does not run behind, and I understand that co-payments result from government failure to appropriately index rebate rates over time.

Rang and explained my situation and not only the receptionist was polite and listened to my request, we were able to not only get an appointment she checked for any cancellations and got us a earlier appointment. Both male and female doctors are easy to talk to and explained in great detail. We were able to get results quickly and efficiently. If you need a doctor this surgery is one I would recommend.

Awesome Clinic,Reception and Dr Olumuyiwa are very efficient qualified and accepted me under my circumstances at present. Moving here from Mt Isa recently it was hard to find a Drs that would take new clients on near where I have been staying.

Imposed 1 week postponement of appointment; then 2 hours in waiting room - foregoing lunch; < 5 minute consultation; charged $91.67; follow-up appointment to (hopefully) do what wasn't done today! 3 stars for providing a medical service when none other accessible from Tura Beach to the Victorian boarder and beyond. Personnel polite, apologetic and apparently doing their best; but a consideration prior to any sea change.

Staff are very friendly & helpful, Dr. Annie (welcome back) is fantastic ...
Waiting time is the only problem, yesterday appmt @ 11am still waiting @1:10pm (cancelled this appmt) ... today appmt @ 12:30pm seen to @ 1:30pm but that aside extremely happy ...
