Andy and Keisha are fantastic to deal with . These guys took care of everything from start to finish and made our dream come true.

My pool 12m x 4.4m was not simple to install it is on a river just above the king tide height.

The pool needed to be fully engineered and land raised with a beautiful sandstone retailing wall to allow for a 1 in 100 year flood this included removal of all tree and stumps , removal of soft topsoil , replacement with engineered materials , installation of concrete piles , shotocrete to hold everything together and lovely sandstone pavers .

Other pool company’s told me the job could not be done so close to a river . Andy with his extensive knowledge of the industry made the difficult job look easy and Keisha really made me feel at ease always happy to answer my phone calls and emails .

The job went exactly as planned and came in at the quoted price.

I can’t recommend these guys enough especially for the difficult jobs others can’t do.

Andy and his team installed my pool in February of 2021. We were initially told about a week, weather depending. And just as luck had it, it rained! The boys worked so hard and worked through the rain to rhe best of their ability. I was so impressed! The job was completed in 2 weeks and everything was done perfectly. Andy helped immensely with money saving tips and ideas on how we could get what we wanted within our budget. The communication was absolutely outstanding. Anything we needed or any questions we had were responded to by Andy or his wonderful wife Keisha within a very reasonable time frame. They couldn't have been more helpful. As for payment, we paid a deposit and then the rest was in installments as the jobs were carried out. Still 18 months after installation, they have kept in touch to see if we have any questions or need any advice. Getting Active Pools & Spas to install our pool was the best decision I could have made for my family home. It's enhanced the cosmetic look to the house and has been an absolute asset to walk out and look at every day. We have had no issues with any of the high quality of work. If anyone is looking for a pool or spa, look no further! You won't be disappointed. This company is an asset to our town. I would be more than happy to supply photos of the work being carried out and of the completed job.

Reading a negative review earlier prompted me to write this one. Please take any negative feedback in regards to this business as a grain of salt. I understand people have different experiences with different companies but where is the patience and understanding?! This is a SMALL family run business who solely rely on this as an income. They have staff who work for them who rely on the businesses income to support their families. Word of mouth is huge in this town, so to see such a negative review written, and written by someone not even receiving a pool by Active Pools is really poor form. Have people forgotten we've had heavy rain for almost 4 months straight, we're in a pandemic, and there is a huge shortage in supplies. Emails or messages are also another form of contact and calls cannot always be answered at people's beck and call. Be persistent if you must, but be patient and ALWAYS BE KIND!

This company told me the job would take 6weeks but after 15months they left and didn’t complete the job. I unfortunately paid them in full as they sent me the bill and gave me a sob story that they couldn’t pay their wages. I had to pay other people to complete the job.
Do not use these people!
I know of other people who have had the same issue! The boys doing the job would tell me they had 29 other jobs on the go and I was lucky to have them working in my back yard.
I don’t know how this company is still in business.

We looked around for a pool company to undertake the design and installation of a fibreglass pool for our backyard in sawtell.
We come across Active Pools and Spas in Coffs Harbour, and we are so glad we did. Don't look elsewhere, Andy & Keisha are a fantastic family run business. They are highly organised with exceptional communication with the clients, nothing was a bother to them.
They organised everything for the project with the delivery of the pool, the dig, installation and pavers all ready for us to enjoy in time for summer.
There team of trades are again fantastic and so professional we tell everyone, who is talking about installing a pool, dont look elsewhere, go straight to Active pools and spas. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
