We had a wonderful time at Thirty Three Degrees. The stunning views, coupled with the friendly and attentive staff, made for a perfect evening. The seafood platter was a highlight, a massive feast that we barely managed to conquer.

The seafood platter for two could easily serve four. We were informed we could choose between cold and hot selections only right before paying. However, the platter was delicious, and we had leftovers to take home! Absolute waterfront view!

What a great place! Food was excellent, staff very friendly, decor is relaxed and stylish and outlook over the lake is magical.
Tempura prawns are very good with the freshness and flavour of the sea leaving the batter as an accompaniment. Outdone just by the freshest and best calamari I have had. So tender and perfectly seasoned batter.
Lamb cutlets were a tad overdone for me but didn’t stop wonderful flavour and bones were picked clean. Warm beetroot salad bed was fabulous too. Smooth mango panna cotta shared between us ended a great meal. Restaurant has a relaxed feel and styled perfectly for the location and the coast. Next visit will be a bucket of prawns and a bottle of wine white on the deck on a calm sunny autumn/winter afternoon. Looking forward to that!

An excellent restaurant on Wallis Lake. The location is amazing and the quality of the food and service is excellent. They have an extensive menu if local seafood and beer and wine. The service we received was exceptional and the staff offered great advice on the menu choices. We had a mocktail and opted for the seafood platter for two. It featured a great range of hot and cold choices. The oysters and scallops were a standout. The location afforded us to sea dolphins and other wildlife. The restaurant was very busy but this did not detract from the service. Visit here if you are in Tuncurry.

I recently had an event for 40 people in the marquee at Thirty Three Degrees, and I am compelled to share my exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in the door, the service was outstanding. The bar staff were not only super friendly but also provided service that was truly second to none.

at our event couldn't stop raving about the food, agreeing that it was the best they had ever experienced at a wedding.

The oysters, in particular, were a standout. I've never tasted such exquisite oysters, and the watermelon and mint oysters were an absolute favorite among our guests. The attention
to detail and the culinary expertise truly made the dining experience unforgettable.

I could go on and on about how every aspect, from the food to the service, left every person, including ourselves, absolutely blown away. Whether you're planning a wedding, an event,

33 Degrees was a great place to had lunch after a long drive from Sydney. Having the calming and serene lakeside view with the sound of other groups chatting away was really beautiful. We ordered a dozen oysters, which were delicious (we could immediately tell it was fresh), and the fish of the day, which was the baby snapper. We had drinks that were really good and also sweet potato fries that were spot on. The only bad thing was how long it took for the food to arrive. Though the staff were very kind on the mix up, and immediately served us our food, we were quite hungry when the food came. I would definitely recommend this to people visiting Forster Tuncurry. 🙂

So disappointing. The decor and setting are beautiful. The food was very poor. Fish was dry and overcooked, the Chowder was bland and tasted of flour. The chicken schnitzel was very overcooked and as dry as leather. After our main course plates were cleared, not one staff member came near us again. We sat chatting for 40 minutes - quite nice, but hardly a quality service experience. We went elsewhere and had dessert, coffee and liqueurs. You could have got another $100 out of us, but you missed out. Poor experience overall.

We walked to 33° for a pre-storm drink during happy hour. It goes without saying the outlook is gorgeous, but along with this the staff were welcoming, service fantastic and background music perfect. The staff were extremely thoughtful in offering the courtesy bus to transport us back over the bridge, as the stormy conditions were horrendous. Thanks for your generosity and looking after us; we will be back.
