I was the luck recipient of a birthday gift that gave me a morning of pure bliss! Firstly from the moment of booking my appointment the customer service was second to none. On the day of my spa morning I was met by a true gem of a human by the name of Mel. Her attention to detail coupled with experience and genuine care for her clients comfort and happiness really stood out. The treatments were out of this world. I had a body scrub, massage, reflexology, facial, Indian head massage, eyebrow wax and eyelash tint. Every single moment was next level luxury. I left absolutely glowing and feeling energised (everyone noticed, even the man in the reception area!) . I could not recommend Mel highly enough. Thank you Mel, for a treatment I’ll never forget! Best gift EVER!
