Nova have looked after my face and body for years. Dr Marcela is by far the best Botox I’ve ever had. Keeps my face fresh and slows down time. I had the back IPL too with Kate and Jenna for hair removal and after 2 sessions no more back hair for me. Sasquatch be gone! Highly recommend.

For all the advertising my expectations were really high, however I was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff were quite rude and therefor I immediately began to have reservations about getting anything done. It was definitely not a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Post review by Dr Babic, and her referral to Dr to assess suspicious lesion. I, today had my first RF needling appointment. Experience was enjoyed as RN Kate explained each step before application. Topical anaesthetic applied, treatment was applied with minimal discomfort.
I look forward to outcome in 4 weeks.
All staff were friendly and I found this experience that I was valued and welcomed.

The whole Nova team are so professional and friendly. They have helped me understand how important skin care is and I have had a number of treatments with them and so happy with the results. Most recently I had Tru Sculpt - a 15 minute relaxing treatment has helped shift fat that no matter what I did wouldn’t go away! I love Nova!
