We stayed for almost 2 weeks and it was such a beautiful quiet place was so peaceful.
The rooms were small but understandable for the price.
Reception ladies were amazing, so helping and accommodating.

Negatives:
Beds were not comfortable at all, it felt like every spring was sticking out

It needed a little big more closer detail on cleaning.

Washing machine didn't work very well.

Readily available space for some short stays for two of us. Simple serviced semi-detached villa, if a bit dated, still comfortable for two people. Peaceful semi-rural location yet convenient to main roads. About 5-8 minutes drive to Manuka restaurants and supermarket for supplies (if you want to use the cooking appliances in the kitchenette). Reception service person was friendly and efficient.

Pleasure to stay here. I have been staying in other places in Canberra and this is one of the favourites.

This is much better than other hotels claiming to be a 4 star. Neat and clean with all facilities and a great outdoor as well. You can park next to your room and don’t get the claustrophobic feeling while living in other hotels.

Good drive away from most locations. Found quite a few bugs and ants in my room, so not ideally clean. Food was also undercooked and raw.

Sundown Villas is an amazing place to stay comfortably with a feel like home ambience. Its a community type stay with pool and club. The suites are all well furnished and cozy and the best its spacious. The location is very peaceful and yet you are just 10 mins drive from the market places, city and airport or even the highway to drive out of Canberra.
Great place, an amazing service and friendly staff. I cannot thank enough for their caring services.

Highly upset
The place was horrid there was a poop in the toilet that wasn’t flushed and the food tasted like cardboard, the pictures shown are all fake and the actual room is disgusting ten minute drive to anywhere good
