We arrived and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who gave us a room on the 3rd floor. The room was freezing and the air con was not heating up very fast. We left it going all night and the room stayed at about 12 degrees even though it was on 30. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were in dire need of being replaced. The wifi did not work. The bathroom was freezing. We paid $15 ea for a mediocre breakfast and the water wasn’t even hot in the urns.

Other than that the amenities are great, comfortable bed and room in general.

We've stayed here a number of times over the years for its location and quietness. Never again though. It seems cost cutting is in place with lukewarm water making a shower impossible, poor wifi and patchy cleaning. Heater was good and staff helpful.

No hot water, breakfast $25/day - coffee made at bar extra, dry bacon, big bowl of water with eggs, ok but honestly just go to a cafe and enjoy, definitely not worth $25.

The hot water issue is a mess, 4 rooms, all had no hot water, pointless having cold water handles in the shower you don't use it, barely gets warm.

Door had to be slammed to shut properly, outdated, aged, and for the price there is much nicer options out there.

Not to bad ,price was good for self contained ,drawback end room noise factor from all areas, 1 a/c and TV didn't work,the shower grout needs scrubbing and the soap holder replaced or removed from bathroom. The mattress overdue for replacement. The Reception is 50 times better than the room.

Ease of booking . Front reception desk member was very nice.Good prices for the budget conscious . The older complex for its age is I think all very neat and tidy. Gardens well maintained. Myself and husband stayed 2 nights in 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen and lounge area.. Very suitable for us and roomy and clean. Bed extremely comfortable . We thought the apartment was great. Swimming pool at complex. Across the road Moore Park and Aquatic and swimming pool centre. Close proximity to all the shops . No complaints from us.

A large motel that is tired and needs some love. Room was ok, lighting was dim, some basic items missing like tissues, toilet paper rolls. Bed was firm and unfortunately the springs were very pronounced. Service was fine, location was good. During a couple of warm nights the air-conditioning was noticeably underperforming. It's not a bad place but definitely needs a little investment in the rooms.

Short trip with the family. The 2 bedroom apartment was roomy & clean. Beds comfortable & had a nice kitchenette & full size fridge. Bathroom a bit small but clean & modern. We enjoyed our stay there & will be back.
