My husband and I were delighted with our villa. The villa had everything you would want and it was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, the little grassed area out the front with table and chairs was perfect for enjoying a drink after a long drive. The location was very good. We would highly recommend.

I had booked into the studio but when I arrived I had been upgraded to a family room which was nice. The room was clean and tidy with a good sized kitchenette and fridge.
Bathroom is small but functional.
The bed was comfortable and it was fairly quiet at night.
Having a screen door and a back door made it easy to get some fresh air in. The tables on the front lawn of each villa was nice.
Easy walk to the shops and restaurants.
Great value for money.
I will stay again if ever in the area.

We stayed one night - the room was good value for $, its clean, well set up and comfortable. We had the villa on the corner of the block, and there were no problems with traffic noise, even at busy times.

The villas are well located - short walk into town (and the best food at the Turquoise Turkish restaurant). We even caught the bus into Canberra rather than driving which worked well. Will be back!

We booked a room for 3 adults. The room given to us had 1 king-size bed and a double-deck bed. It was not what we booked prior to arrival. Secondly, the bathroom was not as expected. The sliding door for privacy was broken and jammed. We managed with some difficulty for 1 night but was happy to leave the next day. Wifi was good and the room was manageable. No response when contacting on the phone. Otherwise,fine.

Great value budget accommodation. Room was fairly clean, though toilet could use a scrub, and needed a fresh roll of toilet paper, rather than a half used one. There was no cover on the doona, just a top and bottom sheet which feels unhygienic. Also an old pile of dog droppings in the garden right at the front door which was very obvious. Otherwise it was a really good stay, and well stocked. will return again.

Neat and tidy studio, small clean bathroom, kitchenette & fridge. The bedding was warm and comfortable, temp control via split system unit good. Ceiling fan for good air circulation. I found comfort and rest there, stayed only one night and would stay again.

This was our second time staying here, this time we stayed in The Residence which was fantastic! Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out which was appreciated, especially with teenagers. There were bunk beds plus a single bed in the second bedroom which we always prefer over places that only offer 2 double beds. Full kitchen and bathroom were great. Location is awesome, close to all the major takeaways and supermarkets, plus quite close to IKEA and Costco too. Nice and quiet too. A really great base for our day trips in to Canberra and we also made a trip to Thredbo. Highly recommend staying here, we’ll be back a third time for sure!

Could easily and happily stay much longer.
Comfy bed, nice cosy room.
VERY well priced.
Only 15 min to Canberra attractions.
Bathroom a little cramped is my only complaint if even a complaint at all.
Very happy with my decision to stay.
Would definately come back
