The service was great. It is in a great location, very close to public transport and easy to access shops and local sights. The room was very large and well furnished, however it was a little dated. We had a great view from the balcony. I really liked the incentive program with a voucher if you forgo housekeeping. I would also skip the buffet breakfast, there was a small selection for the price.

The staff are super helpful whether that’s on the phone to make the booking or at the front desk for checkin / checkout.|We have stayed here for two weekends in the past month. The first time we had two queen sized beds in the room, this time it was a King split in two as twin singles. The benefit that brings is space for a sofa and a table. |We Roughly measured out the rooms at 4m x 10m, the bathroom has a large shower (no bath to climb over). The beds are very comfortable and there is a safe in the wardrobe. The kitchen area has a fridge, microwave and a two pot electric hotplate. The room is quiet courtesy of double windows, not just double glazing I.e to get out onto the small balcony you open two sliding doors. So outdoor noise is almost imperceptible, you will hear the quiet shoosh of the elevator as it goes up and down. |The location is excellent with so many dining options in the immediate vicinity, it’s an easy walk to the Sydney International Convention Centre, the Darling Harbour precinct, Chinatown and QVB / Town Hall with train station and the Lightrail on George Street. |Passenger unloading is not possible on Liverpool Street, you need to be around the corner. Parking at the cinema centre car park (entry off either Sussex or Kent streets) is a very short walk and the price at $45 per night is quite reasonable. (You can spend a little less on the weekend just using the parking stations weekend specials). |A great place to stay with the extra space that an apartment hotel provides.

We were very happy with our stay. We were in a studio which was very clean and well maintained, however the room was smaller than the photos indicated. Not really a problem as we weren't in the room much. We did find it strange that even though the studio had a small kitchen with a hotplate there was absolutely no cooking equipment. We were on a low floor but the room was very quiet we did not hear any outside noise at all. Unfortunately we did not have a view from our balcony as the surrounding walls were 2 meters high.
The staff were lovely and the location was great.

We feel we paid a fair price for the central location. Kitchenette was large enough to prepare stove top meals, just had to request cooking implements, pots, pans etc from the front desk. Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast option was very good (no dinner service but with so many food options so very close, it wasn't needed).

Stayed here very recently and had an excellent stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The checkin and checkout process could not have been easier. The hotel was clean with good facilities. My only feedback which is not a complaint just feedback was the cord from my kettle was too short to reach the plug socket when it was on the bench in the kitchen and I was therefore unable to make coffee in my room. I survived this very minor inconvenience during a very happy stay.

The room smelt like mould and musty. When we complained we were told we booked a “refurbished” room. the furniture was old and run down and the whole place smelt mouldy they didn’t even offer a new room. We told them we had booked a room with a view and they said yes you need to look up. The room was dark and dingy. We were given 50% back and told because we canceled late that’s the best they could do. We had to go find another hotel for the night. Definitely DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Go somewhere else

Where would one start ? Such poor value for over $300 a night mid week. Room smaller than expected and not well cleaned (pair of sock belonging to past guest found under the armchair) and a strange musty smell. Cheap comes to mind, from the single ply Toilet Paper to the charge for even a bottle of water. Got Vouchers for not using Room Service but could not use unless you spent even more in Hotel. Not be back.

We had tickets to ICC on the Friday night & tickets to Hamilton on the Saturday night so this location was perfect for us.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was a great size & we were happy there was a balcony. The street noise was not noticeable overnight, so we were able to sleep.

The pool, spa & sauna all really nice.

We would definitely stay here again.
