Excellent service from time of booking to time of departure. Friendly, courteous staff, exceptional room and great location, close to everything.|Even though we arrived two hours early for checking in we were greeted and given our room, which was a bonus..|Even though it was raining heavily we were able to go out to eat and look around without getting too wet owing to close proximity to everything.|Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the stay! Apartment was spacious and really well presented! Pool is great and the location fantastic!||For a family staycation we couldn't have chosen better! Easy access to all the main attractions of city!||I also loved the apartment for its comfort, amenities and cleanliness! I would be happy to recommend this to any family or even business traveller!

The location was perfectly walkable to many attractions. Spotless suite. Great amenities. Book direct and you will have a very nice complimentary minibar. Full kitchen, two bathrooms. Delightful helpful staff. Lovely indoor pool and good workout facilities. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights for my 60th getaway and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room was automatically upgraded by staff which was complementary and that was lovely. My only complaint would be, the view wasn’t great on the 9th floor. Other than that, excellent location within walking distance to Darling Harbour and local bars and restaurants.

Lovely staff, great location and an inviting hotel foyer. Spacious well appointed suites with balcony, laundry, kitchen and other things you didn'tknowyou needed. Superbly fitted out gym and the pool is a real stunner. All in all, this is now my go to hotel in Sydney.

Spacious and very comfortable with everything you need. It was a mini home away from home that was centrally located, providing the best experience I could have wanted for my first visit to Sydney! And Cameron made sure my experience started off well with a friendly smile, welcoming me upon arrival and providing recommendations to assist me during my stay!

Anazing staff, facilities and very clean!!! Doesnt look like much from the front but as soon as the doors open wowwww!!! The positive experience began!!! Very professional friendly staff very helpful!! Room was cleaned daily and had all things needed, shampoo conditioner, body wash, even a toothbrush kit, nail file and ear cleaner kit, shower caps, washing powder etc Lots of things I didn’t have to take were available when I got there!!!

What an incredible hotel experience. Desk staff are very welcome and helpful to any enquiry.

Rooms are spacious and feel decadent at every touch, and arguably the best mattress I've ever slept on.

Highly recommend
